This hotel used to be Senz spa hotel, now became Double tree by Hilton. Because I enjoyed the spa and massage facilities last time I stayed I missed the massage used to be offered by this hotel but other than that I liked this hotel a lot. Very clean and slightly high ceiling in the room makes everything very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast is kind of usual standard for this type of hotel but this hotel is directly connected to an excellent shopping street called Lidoway where I could find a lot of restaurants and bars just outside of the hotel. Highly recommended for those who are looking for relaxing stay close to Hongqiao airport and EXPO area in Qingpu

This hotel is quite new and very good clean. They have very nice breakfast as well.

Above average breakfast buffet. In-house dining menu a bit pricey, unfortunately. I would recommend walking around the area for alternative dining options. Room was excessively hot even with the thermostat off. Was necessary to open a window to cool off the room to be able to sit comfortably without sweating.

I travelled here for business and it’s a good location for visiting suppliers in Qingpu area. The hotel is very good as well.

Senz Hotel, from the moment you step into the lobby, you will feel at home. The lobby is modern and culturally rich, spacious and elegant, and the staff is very warm and thoughtful, and their professional and meticulous service attitude makes people admire. The accommodation environment here is spacious and quiet, which makes people completely relax and feel rare comfort and tranquility. However, what impressed me most was the management team of Senz. They won our respect with excellent management and professional service. From the overall operation of the hotel to the details, whether it is room service, catering service or other needs, they can get a quick and satisfactory response. This efficient and energetic team ensured that every need of ours was met, bringing us an excellent accommodation experience. Next is Estilo Restaurant. The food here is simply amazing! From the diversity and characteristics of the menu to the chef's superb cooking skills, to the delicious dishes, everything is amazing. Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. Room was 5c too hot. Maintenance man sent to room did not know how to operate thermostat or tv, was also very rude and impatient. Good breakfast particularly omelette chef, nice garden, delicious cookies 🍪

Stayed over night here at Senz. Just next to it there is pedestrian street called Lido way. Good choice of restaurants and pubs. Hotel itself is clean. But some room needs renovation. Our room’s wall paper scratched and teared. Over all good stay.

Perfect stay. Huge swimming pool and well equipped gym. It’s a perfect location to visit the nearby 蟠龙天地 which is a lovely new area for boutiques, water town sights and eateries . 20 mins taxi from the hotel.

All my hotel stayed was very pleasant. The facilities and the service were great. I would mainly like to thank to Irish and Tina at the restaurant area and to Necia at the front desk, they were always too kind with my and also with my friends.

The hotel exceeded expectations as always with its impeccable service. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring e very comfortable stay. Special mention to Mr. Noel of Estilo restaurant who attended all our needs. The service provided by Mr. Noel was incredibly accommodating and made my birthday and our family day extra special! And also shout out to Mr. Charlie( Estilo) , Ms. Michelle from front desk for a great service experience! Will always come back to this hotel. Highly recommended for a memorable getaway!

We loved our stay in the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, Amanda in the front desk was really nice and helped us with everything. They gave us an extra coupon to use in the SPA which we also recommend. Overall it was great, will go back again!

I had a good stay here and the room was quite nice. The only things I found could've been improved or could be better with my stay we're that there was only one chair on my balcony, only one bathrobe and pair of slippers we're prepared s well. There was also a desert prepared in the room, but it was sour.
