We had a pleasant day at CitiGO house. The staff were pleasant and helpful. I would recommend this place.

Arrived late eith empty stomach but the staff was really helpful and told me where can i get the food. The gym is small but is enough for people just stay for 1 or 2 nights to remain exercise.

The staffs are super patient and try to accommodate your request. They use robots to send deliveries to your room. The highlight was the housekeeper. She was super friendly and showed us how to turn on the fridge (that it wasn’t broken 😅). Overall worth the $ spent.

Staff was very friendly every time and it's a bonus that they have longer than 24 hours free luggage storage

The receptionists had a hardtime checking us in but they have tried their best to accommodate the problems I had and it was a great stay. I will definitely comeback soon.

The staffs tries their best even language barrier. I would have liked to know that there are no lifts to my room prior going.3 floors without lift.! I have a bad back and going the steps with suitcase is not proper to me. I am now with back pain since my return.

I used this location as a staycation. It was a nice little get away with a lovely walking path along the river nearby. The room did have a funny smell to it, but you didn’t notice it except for the first minute you walked in to the room.

Great amenties and facilities. Very friendly counter staffs, very prfoessional and welcoming. Highly reccommended place to stay!

Not too close to the metro and major bus stations, however there are several restaurants in 500 to 700 meters away from the hotel. And the experience of the room was not good as the 1st room I have water leakage at the bed.. I thought it's humid or the dampness after mopping as the windows were opened. The 2nd room was located in another building, however I can smell someone keeps smoking. Also, the bathroom was without lights, so it's necessary to take extra steps while showering. The ups are that the hotel has multiple laundry machines (both washing and dryer), and there is a gym room at the ground floor.

Very good and comfortable places. Want to visit again for sure!
