The hotel is very beautiful and unique, clean room comfortable bed and special pillow, also with the booking comes a lot of services and gift, they provide a special meal dedicated for the guest, 20 min relaxation session and tea time with the master, here you can have unlimited high quality nespresso coffee, free facial masks, unlimited water bottle, the location is in the middle of city, we really had a good rest here and enjoy our honeymoon, its really something others hotels don’t offer, definitely will come back again.

This was a wonderful stay in the heart of Shanghai. The check-in was quick and efficient. Most importantly the room was super cozy, with a very comfortable bed and great shower. The electronic toilet was a nice add and the amenities in the room were top notch, included a coffee machine and a Dyson hair dryer. Very much looking forward to staying here the next time I’m in Shanghai!

Hotel Review – 5 Stars Location: Shanghai, China I recently had the pleasure of staying at one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve visited in a long time during my trip to Shanghai. From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel radiated quality and comfort. The room was exceptionally clean, very spacious, and thoughtfully laid out, with modern decor that still managed to feel warm and inviting. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the well-appointed bathroom, reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest comfort. The service was excellent across the board. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile and ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Another huge plus was the location – very convenient and well connected, making it easy to explore the city while having a calm, luxurious retreat to return to at the end of the day. I’ll absolutely be referring this hotel to many friends and would happily return myself. If you’re looking for a high-end stay in Shanghai that blends beauty, comfort, and service, this hotel is a perfect choice.

Great location in the heart of Jing’an and within walking distance of two temples. The bed was very comfy and the shower was very refreshing. Would definitely recommend to stay again!

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Ginco hotel. It is a very beautiful and it was along the Jiaozhou street which is peaceful and quiet. There were quite a lot food options too; we loved the Italian cafe right beside the hotel During the check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a bigger room at a reasonable price which we accepted and it was the best decision made! The room was super huge and we really enjoyed our stay! The front staff are very friendly and always greeted us when we walked past. Having food and online delivery is convenient as they have a rack near the reception for us to pick up our deliveries.

The hotel staff was nice and helpful! Very clean and had great services such as free breakfast, a welcome drink and a massage! We liked the area and enjoyed our stay.

Although not the best of location for the metro,, it is centrally located in the heart of Shanghai where everything is just a Didi away(20-50). Impeccable service and well furnished oriental room sums up the stay

Stayed a night here on my own and this hotel just made my entire week. It’s beautiful comfortable and immaculately clean, I will be coming back. Also love the area its in :)

Good location and good value for money.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was amazing, extremely comfortable and clean. We will come back for sure!!!

The location is alright. There are no facilities at all I would say. No gym, no swimming pool, nothing much.  The staff was not that helpful. They have provided tea cups in the room. We have used them on the first night but no one clean up the cups on even after the room service. All those tea bags and used cups are on the desk... The tea cups are rather tiny (~30 - 50mL). We have asked for bigger ones but got two glasses instead (not sure if they can hold hot liquids...). Overall experience was not that pleasant especially Shanghai was really hot lately in August. The air-conditioning was not cool enough...

We really enjoyed our stay in the Ginco Hotel. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. It also had very nice design features.

It's a very beautiful hotel in the middle of one of the best areas of Shanghai, it's very curated in every detail and the staff is kind and well prepared. The rooms are clean and you can fin there a high-quality supply of personal hygiene products. The breakfast also Is wonderful. I'd recomend this place because it offers a luxurious experience with an excellent value for money
