We found the rooms pleasantly spacious, offering more comfort than other places we’ve stayed. The free shuttle service to Disneyland, the city, and the airport was a great bonus. Altogether, it made for a delightful family stay.

Quick check in and out services. The receptionist helped me to transfer RMB to my Alipay account after I exchanged cash at the exchanger machine of the hotel. Really appreciate it. Laundry room is free to use - save luggage space to bring so many clothes.

Good stay. Concierge and Cleaning staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is good size for family. Location is great too, close to Disneyland.

We had the best stay in Courtyard, concierge staffs were so nice in managing my deliveries. Best breakfast with muslim friendly section. Reliable shuttle. FREE LAUNDRY with detergent included (best perk out of many)

It was my first romantic trip with my partner and it was really disappointing, the food was horrible especially the cake taste like some cheap cake a amateur cooked, service was horrible, amenities was not a marriots standard at all. The hot shower got turned off on a sunday noon. I had to shower with bottled waters in a marriots, who's gonna believe that.

Reasonably priced hotel with clean room with convenient bus service to and fro Disneyland, and also drop off at Pudong Airport. Great service! 👍

We had a nice stay. Staff is friendly and breakfast is good.. The free shuttle bus service brings convenience to guests who going to Disneyland. There are alot of timings available. There are no other amenities nearby. I saw many people ordered food delivery. For food, will need to go Disney Town which has a few options. We were there on a Saturday and it was crowded. Most restaurants were having long queue. The hotel itself is good, just thay the location is not good.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very spacious with play tent that kids really enjoyed playing in it. This hotel offered free bus to Disneyland and Airport was a bonus! We chose to stay here as we were going to Disneyland. Our shoes were all wet from walking all day in the rain in Disneyland. Luckily this hotel offered shoe dryer which really saved us from wearing wet shoes the next day!! I would highly recommend this hotel to families going to Disneyland.

Courtyard by Marriott Shanghai International Tourism and Resorts Zone is a great pick for families visiting *Shanghai Disneyland*. The hotel is clean, modern, and offers spacious rooms. They provide a *free shuttle to Disneyland*, which is super convenient with kids. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there’s a kid-friendly play area in the lobby. The location is quiet, slightly away from the city center, but perfect if your main plan is Disney fun. Great value for a relaxing family stay!

Despite a misunderstanding boarding the air post bus transfer, the rest of the experience was excellent. The duty manager, Mr. Edward Fong, was very helpful, and Miss Ashley assisted me during check-out. The breakfast spread was impressive, and I appreciated the buffet’s dedicated Muslim section. Overall, the stay turned into a splendid moment that redeemed the earlier incident
