I stayed at this hotel more than a year ago & went back this year because I had such a great stay the last time. I was anticipating the same great hotel as before… but to my dismay, nothing was the same but the location. I am extremely disappointed by this hotel this time, and will never ever go back again. 1. The room was old, smelly, and very dirty, clearly not maintained well enough. There is dust everywhere, and not just the normal dust. So many areas were obviously dirty ~ the floor, the walls, the tables, chair, etc. the only acceptable thing inside the room was the bed & towels, which are up-to-standard clean. I dare not sit on any chair, and without the slippers, I will not step my feet onto that filthy floor. 2. Service - the great service I experienced before was gone. Staff at the front desk seem impatient, unwilling to help & clearly annoyed by their job. The only staff that was nice enough was the girl at checkout. 3. The carpets on the alleys on the 11th floor are now soiled, filthy & dirty, just by looking at them, you’ll feel disgusted! I’m very sorry to see how this hotel had diminished from great to terrible in a span of just a year, it’s sad because it’s in such great location!

The welcome drinks were impressive. I love the location and the room. The bathroom was clean and big. Breakfast was ok

The hotel is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The people working in the lobby are helpful. The room is rather small but considering the hotel is right in the middle of Shanghai, is fine.

The hotel is clean, room is spacious & the staffs are very good & helpful. The guest laundry & luggages storage services are very helpful.

The service at the counter desk was excellent. The staff are polite and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is conclusive where we are able to taste local delights. As for the location in relation to nearest metro station, the walking distance at circa 18 minutes is acceptable.

The hotel is very clean and breakfasts were a highlight with a range of hot dishes, fresh fruits, breads and pastries plus good coffee! Staff on reception were helpful and were quickly able to communicate to non-Chinese speakers through using a translation app. Complimentary guest laundry and tea in the reception area.

Very good, staff are helpful 👍. Lots of food around. Prices excellent, and the rooms are a good size. If you are staying for a few nights, they have a laundry which is also very helpful

The staff don’t talk English at all . The room are smelly humid. The breakfast is average. The room is clean just smells bad

Location is good and the hotel is good too. Staff was really nice besides the girl taking the breakfast ticket that was too busy in playing in her phone and impolite. The only really issue is that the room smells like cigarette.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. They were very accommodating with my room and the change I needed. I recommend staying here.

It was an okay hotel for the price. Location is not too convenient as nearest subway is pretty far like 10-15 min walk. Overall ok.
