Great place to stay. This is an apartment so lots of space with very comfortable sofas. The apartment was clean. The bathroom has a very powerful heat lamp.
It is in a great location with metro downstairs and short walk to the bund. Lovely area along the creek to walk on a sunny day. The beds were very comfortable.
There are lots of food options close by for snacks and a clothes mall across the road.
The apartment has a washing machine.
Just be aware, the owner needs to contact you via wechat to give you checking in instructions. Also if you are a foreigner you will need to register yourself with the police.
I would stay here again and highly recommend.

This apartment allows dogs and the facilities are well furnished. Toothbrushes, towels etc. you can even cook in this apartment and the Aircon is warm , good for this cold weather.

Unclean entrance to the building. Room is old and small. Did not look like the pictures show. Owner is very helpful and kind but the amenities are quite limited. The room needs more maintenance.

進入房間第一印象非常好，佈置得井井有條，設計感十足。電梯9樓，我們4個人，4個大箱子，有電梯真的太太太舒服了。
大樓很有歷史感，我們還百度了一下河濱大樓，感覺住在這裏實在太神奇，太有上海特色了，有一種實實在在到了上海的感覺。
房東美女也是相當熱情，有事情總是耐心幫忙，及時解決。樓下地鐵站，去哪裡都特別近，交通絕對是YYDS。

非常難忘的民宿，住了2夜，開心+滿意。房間簡潔大氣，適合住4人。有投影儀，房間用品的品質都很好。樓下就是地鐵站。我們計劃去的南京東路步行街，外灘，東方明珠，城隍廟，耐克旗艦店，自然博物館，都在附近，超近的。滿意滿意。

想體驗下老洋房裡歲月的痕跡，在十里洋場，蘇州河邊住進了這個老房子。很容易就找到了這棟樓，交通確實很方便，樓底下就是地鐵站。房子的外觀看起來很有歷史，小區的正門有一個門房，其他的門可以隨便進出。裏面的電梯關門有點問題，關了好幾次，電梯從0層開始，房間在*層。出了電梯，就是一條黑黑的走廊圖1。進門後，有些老房子的味道。門鎖是不能反鎖的視頻1，灶台的枱面有些油漬圖2，地面底板是鬆動的，還在上面咯吱咯吱的響圖3。本來房子的隔音就不是特別好，裏面住着很多居民都是長者，天還沒亮就起床，在走廊裏走動的聲音聽得清清楚楚。房間還算寬敞，衞生間沒有窗户，通過房間的內窗透光。浴簾邊上已經發黴了圖4，水龍頭上都是水垢圖5，置物籃已經生銹圖6，跟房東溝通，才知道不提供毛巾，衹有三條浴巾圖8，天氣熱，換了些衣服，準備看看洗衣機能不能用，圖9是洗衣機。圖10是跟房東溝通的過程。通過溝通，獲得了提前放行李箱的許可，純凈水一次性拖鞋。知道了不提供毛巾，一次性水杯，一次性馬桶墊。其實不是我刻意要這些，確實想通過這些彌補現場的不足。聊聊幾句話，就催我退房。確實累了，湊合了一晚上，沒有洗，也沒有力氣再溝通了。第二天退房換了某某之星酒店，房東説上海不提供的這些，酒店全部都有，價格跟這個差不多。

位置是真的很方便，下樓就是地鐵，走路可以去外灘北外灘，也很乾凈衞生，值得推薦。美中不足就是不提供行李寄存服務，我們想把行李寄存到南京東路地鐵站，可寄存處櫃子都滿了，衹好拖着行李去吃了頓飯。另外就是空調出風口黑乎乎的，能看出好久沒清洗了，總感覺心裏有點變扭

距離天潼路地鐵站還是挺近的，我是帶着老爸老媽一起，三個成年人，兩張床還是比較合適的。我個人比較喜歡睡硬一些的床墊，所以我會覺得民宿的床墊有些軟了，但是反正也不長住。洗澡水跟一般酒店來説，水量會小一些，但是也不影響。有天晚上玩得太晚，凌晨一點才回去，會需要從另一個門進去，感謝房東小姐姐睡夢中還接了我的微信電話給我指路。總之，如果是3至4個成年人出遊，或者一家三口，住這裏還是不錯的。（附上一張邊上上海郵政博物館裏拍到的照片）
