Good location, but the hotel was definitely not clean

Very good position ! In front of thé station but very dirty..

Probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Right next to the Pullman so I thought couldn’t be that bad…right? Think… meth motel. Pro: Better than sleeping outside on the road. Con: the floorboards are like a dry version of the public street. Pro: There is a clean bathroom. Con: Sitting on the toilet bowl felt like riding a horse, because one side is broken and it’s wobbling. Pro: Bed is clean and comfy. Con: You won’t want to step off the bed for fear of catching something from touching the floor. Wall switches and drawers have strange stains, grime, wet stuff. Pro: Clean and thick towels Con: The toothbrush is useless, no hand soap, no drinking cup. Kettle broke down, got a replacement. Pro: You will wake up early. Con: shop nearby blasts music from 6am to 2am. Pro: Room does not smell. Con: Carpet in the common areas smell like wet dog and look like they haven’t been cleaned for decades.

The location of the hotel to the Shanghai railway station is perfect, but if you care much about your cleanliness, then this place is not for you. I wonder if they ever mop the floors, clean the furniture or the bathroom. I even spotted some bugs on the bedside cabinet and in the bathroom and above all the hotel is pretty old and worn out but price is reasonable and it is in a very convenient place.

The location of the Hotel is really good, the staff is very friendly and the rooms are quite good. However the problem is the cleanliness and smell of the hotel.There are signs everywhere that state that it’s forbidden to smoke but clearly that wasn’t the case, as you could smell the smoke everywhere in the hotel, even in the rooms. We have  tried to change rooms several times because the smell was so bad, but even after viewing 4 different rooms, we could find one that didn’t smell bad. Even for the low price, we would have expected better.

It’s worst hotel I lived in shanghai . Old broken furniture, floor tile were broken, light was blinking, bathroom was smelling bad.

吉泰精品酒店條件太差了，差到難以想象，怎麼對得起“精品”二字？。8樓住一晚，房間門打不開，房間臟亂差，蟑螂滿地爬，廁所臭氣熏天，夜裡被廁所尿騷味薰醒了，紙巾盒是開裂的。第二天調到4樓，衞生比8樓好一點點，晚上睡覺發現床上有蟲子。酒店所有房間電視都是壞的，8樓層一個老頭態度非常不好，問電視為什麼不能看，老頭説想看電視你們去住價格高的大酒店啊！氣的和他對吵一頓。不知道這樣的環境，就沒有相關部門檢查整頓嗎？

環境非常差差差！！！！臟亂差！！廁所洗浴地方讓人噁心，這是我住過的最差的酒店了，服務也不好！愛搭不理，還一分鐘都不能延遲退房，延遲要收費。直接一大早離店，房間空氣都是臭的。多待一分鐘都不想！

我嘞個臟亂臭啊！一進門廁所下水道反上來的味沖鼻，把廁所門關上後才勉強好點。電視是打不開的，遙控器的電池都爆漿了，地板和牆面像你奶奶家上個世紀的地下室，最絕望的是：廁所不論洗臉還是沖水，地面都會滲水，洗了一會拖鞋和腳都濕透了，我去，逼不得已千萬別再住火車站附近的酒店，體驗了一把韓國的《寄生蟲》，我一夜沒睡着。

房間挺好，乾淨衞生，服務態度也好。唯一缺點就是沒有洗澡用的拖鞋。空調温度降得慢，大約開兩個小時房間才全涼下來，但效果非常好。特別是洗澡水龍頭很好。最痛苦的是上海的導航一直導不準，繞圈圈，每次都是問交警才問到地方。地鐵2號出口最近。
