Location was good for the price … large room with amenities as described , good value accommodation.

I do not recommend this hotel at all. Firstly, the hotel is located on the 6th floor. Although there is a lift, you still need to climb a flight of stairs to reach it. This is not convenient at all for guests with large luggage. Secondly, the reception service was terrible. We encountered two receptionists and both of them were very unwelcoming, no greetings, no smiles. When we asked for breakfast recommendations, one of them simply told us to order takeout. We came all the way to Shanghai just to order takeout? Not professional at all as a hotel reception. Third, the room smelled awful, especially the bathroom. The bathroom floor was dirty and hadn’t been properly cleaned. There were still stains from the previous guest. Also, half of the room lights were blinking and not working properly. Lastly, after checking out, we returned in the evening to collect our luggage. We asked if we could use the toilet before heading to the airport (which is an hour’s drive away), but the receptionist said they didn’t have a public restroom. So we are public, instead of a guest. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Front desk receptionist was friendly and efficient, the room was clean but fairly small in size (I can't expect too much for the small amount of money charged); it's just the bathroom had a unpleasant smell from the drains. Economical for a place you just need to lay your head down for a rest

great location, price okay. Cleaning could be improved, but for one or two nights i personally found it to be ok. Thanks

For what you pay for, it is worth it. Lots of sunlight in the room and the hotel is in a convenient location in the quiet part of Jingan district.

The elevator to the hotel is on 1.5floor so you need to walk up half a floor with your luggage. Hotel is located in an old, filthy building. Location is not too bad, but distant from metro stations. There is no sound proof, you can hear everyyyy sound from other rooms. Some rooms have awful sewage smell. Hygiene wise the hotel was terrible. Pay a bit more and go stay somewhere else…

Very good place to live in Shanghai nearby everything as well hotel is clean and peaceful atmosphere….
