The hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance to the famous tourist spot ZhuJiaJiao. It’s spacious, quiet and with a very nice view. The hotel staff are very nice and friendly especially the front desk manager Mr Allen and the bell boy Mr Ryan. They are trying their best to help the hotel guests. A very nice stay there hope can go visit again in the future!

It has been twice we book ! Hotel is very convenient …. Very clean and closed to the spot to visit …. Room are very spacious … breakfast is ok ! Swimming is very nice and big enough to swim and play with kids … water is very warm !

Excellent hotel with many amazing pieces of art work on display. Nice decoration and style throughout. The whole compound is a like a park by the lake (大淀湖). The location is very good for an individual or family retreat. This is the place to be if you are looking for a quiet place to get away, but not too far from the major metropolitan area of Shanghai. The evenings are very quiet, the room is spacious and comfortable, and the bed is just right for a good night's sleep. The service is top notch and the staff are very friendly. Did I mention the pool? It is a 3-lane lap pool 25 meters long, with decent depth (1.7 meters) at the deep end. It is one of the best pools I have seen in comparable hotels. The breakfast offered is very good and has a wide variety covering some good quality Chinese as well as Western staples of the daily first meals.

Beautiful hotel grounds, nice and peaceful. The room was very large with great amenities. The restaurant is traditional Chinese only, no western options. The room was cleaned well although a bit tired with mould in the bathroom tile sealant. Reception staff very helpful, a lady helped me with the cash machine in the lobby. Views of the lake are lovely and a small supermarket and food shops opposite the hotel entrance. I would absolutely stay again.

Nice room friendly staff

Pleasant rooms decorated in a contemporary Chinese historical rooms. They all have balconies and pretty much agreable views. The whole facility is nicely laid-out and well-designed. Very convenient if wanting to visit ZhuJiaJiao but it is not in the historic center itself.

Room was comfy with clean bedsheets. Buffet has a lot of choices. You can walk in the lake area which has a relaxing scenery. Also not far from the subway station. A quick ride to the Watertown. Good getaway from downtown.

We wanted to eat at the Chinese restaurant at 20 pm sharp (the place was still full and it was National holidays ) and they said the kitchen was closed, in a resort of 2k RMB per night is unacceptable. They brought us to the western restaurant that previously rejected us and even tho it was full of food from the buffet (that few minutes later they trashed) they gave us a menu of 2 choices basically. At night all the environment it's completely dark, no lights, so you don't even enjoy the place where you are. Common areas and restaurant to have breakfast was very cold. Not worth the price.

有一説一酒店很大，湖面風景還不錯。就是辦理入住時，前台沒有明確説清楚，直接給了一號樓一樓最裡邊的房間，在走廊的盡頭，房間旁邊就是户外，單身女性住很不安全。出於安全考慮再去找前台更換房間，小姐姐雖然不是很情願，但還是另外給了三樓的房間，一進門有股淡淡的黴味，房間設施老舊，另外床對面有個門鎖起來，不知道門後是啥情景，忐忑住了一晚，總體體驗不是很好，包括早餐也一般般

五一假期，入住酒店，前台的接待員李京深不僅服務態度好，還給了我們二間很漂亮的湖景房。該酒店就在大澱湖邊，臨湖而建，環境優美，綠化也搞得很好，一步一景，像公園一樣，而且離朱家角古鎮很近。

800不到一晚的價格，沒有想象中好，設施都偏舊，也沒有五星服務而言，中規中矩，唯一優點離朱家角比較近，在任何服務和小禮物都沒有的前提下，還好意思索要好評。。。真無語唯一好評給攜程的售後，辦事利索專業。

酒店內部環境非常事宜，綠樹成蔭，湖邊還有個咖啡店，景色非常不錯，保潔阿姨態度也很不錯。房間的燈光佈局應調整一下，走廊處太暗，無法在全身鏡前化個粧。

每次去朱家角，都會來這裏。外部環境臨湖，非常舒適，內部設計優雅，相當愜意。去年台風期間入住過，前台貼心安排延遲退房。
