This hotel is about 10 minutes away from the PVG airport, it comes with the shuttle bus service and breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel let me check out late (1pm). If you are looking for an accommodation for a night, I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English and provide you the helpful information.

A good location with modern and enough facility. Airport pick up service is good and convenience for the travelers. Breakfast have a variety of food, but the place is too small. Total the price match the service provided.

This is my second time in that hotel, last time was good, so I chose it again... And it was quite disappointed. I mean, it's still very clean and convenient (yes, a little bit old, but price is okay), but this time air conditioner in my room didn't work at all! When I asked a reception about it, girl just called security for me, there was no apology, nothing, it was very unfriendly. Then the security came to my room, and just said that the air conditioner was working. I showed to him a lot of times that I have been in the hotel for 2 hours and the room is still hot, and the air conditioner gives an error on the screen. But he insisted that everything was working. You can see the photos. As a result, he left immediately, and the air conditioner just made loud noises all night, but did not cool at all. I was too tired to go to talk with reception at night. So it was definitely a terrible experience. I am very disappointed in the service

Service from 05 and 08 was great. Perfect place to stay if you need to take a flight at Shanghai Pudong airport.

Staff number 7 and staff number 10 were very helpful. Don’t take taxi from airport the taxi driver scammed us for a bill of 41 km for a 11 km distance. The hotel provides excellent bus service , use the shuttle to and from airport.

Great stay. Close to airport by 10 min drive. The hotel provide the free shuttle. And they provide early breakfast as well to make sure you get full before departure. I will come back again in future!

This hotel offers a good service for those people who need a place close to Pudong Airport. The free shuttle to the airport is a very good service they offer!! Not the best and cleanest room ever but it was good for just one night.

Hotel located very close to Pudong airport, very convenient if you have to wait a long time for your flight. Service from 05 and 22 was great, the hotel offers also a pickup and drop-off service to the airport; I used only the drop off service, which was available every hour, but I received a message with the detailed instructions regarding the pickup, including the number of the driver and the pickup location.

Not bad at all. Love that there’s a free airport shuttle drop off, room was nice and clean and comfortable for a quick overnight stay. Staff was polite. There’s a slight smell in the room but your nose goes blind to it within a few minutes.
