I am so pleased I booked this hotel to ease the 17 hour stopover. The Chinese Immigration was so understanding of my arrangements and no visa was required. Just simple explanation of what I was doing and why. They were very happy and presented no unexpected hurdles. The hotel offered a free transfer to and from airport and these arrangements were well described but trip.com. The airport information desk were helpful too. I had a meal at the hotel and paid by visa card. It was very tasty and great value.

Great hotel with free airport pickup and drop-off, making travel hassle-free. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

It was ok room is small but comfortable. They also have pick and drop service to Shanghai Pudong airport. Overall its was ok.

As a solo traveler and I needed a place nearby Pudong airport i chose this hotel, it’s really good and comfortable, I’ll stay there again if I am travelling out of PVG, the shuttle bus is on time and takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport, nice and convenient

This hotel is about 10 minutes away from the PVG airport, it comes with the shuttle bus service and breakfast. Room is spacious and clean. The hotel let me check out late (1pm). If you are looking for an accommodation for a night, I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they can speak English and provide you the helpful information.

This is the worst hotel that I've stayed. Receptionist arranged room at level 1. I'm okay with it coz late check in around 11pm and next day I need to check out at 6am. I guess my room is near at the kitchen. Staffs was keep talking in the middle of the night and I can't sleep at all.

A good location with modern and enough facility. Airport pick up service is good and convenience for the travelers. Breakfast have a variety of food, but the place is too small. Total the price match the service provided.

Strategic location near to the airport. We booked this hotel as it is near to the airport and provide free shuttle too. Overall is worth it 👍🏻

This is my second time in that hotel, last time was good, so I chose it again... And it was quite disappointed. I mean, it's still very clean and convenient (yes, a little bit old, but price is okay), but this time air conditioner in my room didn't work at all! When I asked a reception about it, girl just called security for me, there was no apology, nothing, it was very unfriendly. Then the security came to my room, and just said that the air conditioner was working. I showed to him a lot of times that I have been in the hotel for 2 hours and the room is still hot, and the air conditioner gives an error on the screen. But he insisted that everything was working. You can see the photos. As a result, he left immediately, and the air conditioner just made loud noises all night, but did not cool at all. I was too tired to go to talk with reception at night. So it was definitely a terrible experience. I am very disappointed in the service

They are pick up service from the airport. But you need to Pay attention where to get on. The bus is big, so there will be no problem for luggage.

this hotel is located near Pudong airport. most of ppl stay here solely for free transportation to the airport. the price is fair, the staff is impatient and the lobby is full of smoke. if you can't stand the smoke and busy stuffing ppl and luggages into its shuttle van, don't book this. if just for time and price's sake, this is okay stay.

Indeed a very unique place to stay. Environment and decor is unique. Friendly staffs and is very helpful
