Overall is good. Location and customer service is good. Just that the lift is out of service and we had a hard time to move in and out with 3 big luggages

Nice, very clean, perfect location, best price, good breakfasts. And very polite, helpful stuff. Staying at this hotel made my trip more joyful, with comfortable room and easy access to main touristic spots

Very nice hotel, just 4 min by walk from 小南门station. Staff was really helpful and kind, they have a robot hotel room service for free which is super adorable. Breakfast is good and correct , nothing fancy but still quite a lots of choices sweet and salty. I will suggest to add some coffee to it it will be great Their family room are good, once again nothing fancy but you have everything you need plus Tv to put cartoon for kids was great.

Close to the subway within 3 minutes by walk, Familymart is nearby, large room, clean and comfy bed. Small lift and the lift was not available in some floor. There's no a fridge in the room.

房間挺寬敞，早餐味道不錯。有拌麪湯麪餛飩，各種五穀雜糧，西式早餐……房間內物品齊全，位置也很好，三樓出電梯就有洗衣房。周圍有超市菜市場，地鐵也很近，服務不錯，就是我入住有一點不好，電梯一直處於維修狀態！

地理位置非常好，去城隍廟、南京路步行街、外灘都很近，坐地鐵也方便，房間比較寬敞，跟我同事一起去上海出差，我在攜程上定的，他説非常不錯，早餐也挺好，後續再來上海還住這裏！

第一次住漢庭酒店，單人間雖然不是特別大，住起來特別舒服，不會感覺擁擠。房間也特別乾淨，前台入住和退房時工作人員也非常友好。下次還會再回來。

雖然房間有點小，可能地段原因沒有辦法，但是前台的服務真的非常到位，在其他酒店暫時沒有體驗過的服務。衞生可能稍微沒有那麼好，但是前台也很禮貌的給我們更換了房間，總體想要去外灘，或者是去城隍廟和豫園的可以住這裏，騎單車稍微方便一點，節假日的外灘人很多，地鐵提前關閉，住稍微近一點好一點。

原本想着這個時間段一晚360元的房間是可以解乏的，遇上台風的大雨天，無比累，到達酒店説是沒有我訂的房間，要四十分鐘打掃後才能入住，拖着疲憊的身體，一直等待，入住後，休息片刻出去了，等我晚上回去看到被罩臟，已經十一點了，懶得折騰，索性就將了一晚。

房間乾淨舒服，像新裝修一樣，性價比高，尤其表揚前台小姐姐態度特別好，第一天入住沒有落地窗房型，第二天幫我們留意到有房型就聯繫我們換房，還幫忙收拾搬運行李。

酒店位置好，房間緊湊乾淨舒適，服務人員態度好，早餐不錯，連續住了幾天，推薦出差人士入住

房間乾淨，香味讓人感覺不是在酒店，很舒服。人員態度非常非常的專業

位置都算過得去,但房間入面的設施就欠缺少少,房間隔音不太好；另外,酒店裡的冷氣壞了,修不好,沒有冷氣用

酒店離地鐵站和公交站很近。。附近還有很多吃的。。步行到外灘也不太遠。。確定是，房間是內窗。。看不了外面街景。。
