when checking in were met with a notice of construction works till 11.30pm!! not even an email of notice before so i cant find alternative location.

The best thing of this hotel is location which located in the center of Nanjinh pedestrian street and few step away from subway. Hotel are quite new and cleanliness is acceptable. Room size are too small compare to other hotel in the same price range nearby.
During check-in process staff are kind and helpful. We found Cigarettes smell in room and construction sound during day time.

Easy access to metro which is just 3min walk from exit 2. Used Exit 2 for elevator and escalator. Staff very helpful. Amenities provided are toothbrush, toothpastes, comb, shampoo, body wash, towels, kettle, mineral water free flow, air-conditioning. Highly recommend!

The location of hanting hotel is very excellent. It's walkable from East Nanjing Road Metro Station which can connect you to either Pudong Airport or Hongqiao Airport. If you are with your many & big luggages you can take exit 2 from metro with elevator. If not, you can take exit 3 with escalator which is nearer - just almost across hotel building. Besides, at the heart of east nanjing road, stay in hanting hotel make you very easy to go to nearby attraction such as The Bund. It's also very easy to go shopping, find food, or find small convenience store like family mart to buy water. Public road also just few steps to call didi.
The hotel room is quite small but very clean. I choose twin bed with window that I feel perfect for two person. The amenities in the room is good with electric kettle, hair dryer, slippers, etc. You can use their laundry room too. The guy in the receptionist was very helpful. On my last day at hotel I can leave my luggage when I check out and come back later to collect it. When I ask for metro line, he also explain to me carefully because I need to go to Hongqiao domestic terminal 1 which I need to take metro line 10 instead of metro line 2.
Overall it was a good stay, good spend of money, good memory. Thank you!

The hotel is centrally located, the room is quite spacious and clean. The staff is very enthusiastic, checked in quickly and helped us with luggage

Great hotel with nice location less than 1 minute walking distance from subway station. Bed & pillow are comfortable,staff also friendly and they let me check in early before 2 pm.
The issues for this hotel:
1) Hotel at level 7 inside mall.To go this hotel need share lift with a lot people inside mall especially during weekend.A little bit annoying when you need to wait 2-3 round to enter lift just to go to room because lift always full of people from inside the mall not hotel customer.
2) Amenities also great only lack of cotton bud
Overall experience i will repeat to stay at this hotel if i come back to Shanghai.

Location very amazing surrounding with Nanjing Road store and MRT really close just across, but Air condition in winter is open on 12.00-20.00pm as staff said. And it really work in that hour whice we go out for travel and hot in night time🥲 Staff really nice and housekeeping very kind.
Good thing is : recommend this place for elder easy ti access hotel dont need to walk to much.
Some time cigaratte smell from main Aircondition even it off. Room is small suit for two people!

The hotel located on the heart of Nanjing walking street, near by the metro with easy and comfortable to connect the transportaions, good shopping center are there. The room are new and very cleaned with good service and amenities. Good choice if you need the comfortable hotel and location.
