Svar fra overnatningssted: 尊敬的賓客，您好。您提到的房間衞生問題我們會反饋給客房部門，但阿姨打掃時都是會對地板進行掃和拖的流程的，我們會讓阿姨後續在仔細一些。我們的早餐時間是6：40-9：30，感謝您認可我們餐廳的服務人員。健身房相關問題我們已經在計劃改造，目前正在落實中。我們的接送服務時間規定是因為，考慮到酒店是迪士尼附近的，大部分遊客是晚上到，所以接機時間相對延遲的比較晚。送機是因為我們正常的退房時間就是下午14點，其次送機服務一般針對當天退房的客人，但考慮到很多客人會是下午航班，所以將送機時間最後一班延遲了兩個小時定為16點。非常抱歉沒有讓您滿意，我們會對您反饋的問題進行一次內部會議，商討如何整改，讓我們酒店去做得更好。也很感謝您的點評，讓我們意識到自身的問題。祝您生活愉快~
