We had a wonderful experience! The staff were very accommodating and approachable. The deluxe room that we had was so clean and the hotel itself was very elegant. The lifeguards of the swimming pool were very professional that even our children who definitely know how to swim can’t go to the deeper area. 🤭 They were very serious with their job but still welcomed us with a warm smile. We salute you! 🙇🏻♀️We also even had the chance to witness the fireworks display! We love it! We would surely comeback soon! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

It was an excellent stay. They have staff who can speak English, so it was not difficult for us to inquire about some important matters. Also, the food is great; they offer both Western and Chinese options. The swimming pool is okay, but the outdoor pool is only for children, and adults are not allowed. I hope they will consider allowing adults to use the outdoor swimming pool as well.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms are very pleasant, the service was excellent and the food was delicious. The only problem was the children's playroom, it smelled of mold, and there were mosquitoes. we arrived at the hotel because of the large playroom, and it was disappointing

Had a good stay at this hotel. Room was clean and ready with check in. Children enjoyed the play area and the swimming pool. The food was fine as well. A good selection of Chinese and Western. Other restaurants are also close to the hotel.

Very family friendly atmosphere. Great for kids. Indoor playground is very big. We had a family room. Kid loved the car shaped beds😊. Clean and good service. Location is good. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby.

Generally good for families, good breakfast, nice infrastructure for kids, english language is ok on reception, thematic rooms are interesting and spacious but obviously need some refreshment, regrettably the pool was closed a bit accidentally on a second day of our stay; all in all good value for money

I suggest to put a small portion of pool for kids, so kids also enjoy swimming.. and the playground outside should be open for all seasons it will depends to your if they want to play in their own circumstances. Because some weather forecast is not accurate. It’s also help to your hotel because it also attractions to some guest to book in your hotel. But all of that, we’ve enjoy staying. And planning to book again. Another theme room next time… More Power

Remote location but there is a big shopping mall nearby just 5min by car

Hotel is clean, but beds seemed dusty and areas like children's play area stank of mold. Don't think I'll stay here again. The location was convenient for us this trip.

帶小孩子出去旅遊 特意選了這家酒店 沒選錯 很棒 有早餐有晚餐 很豐富。酒店有小童樂園 特別適合帶孩子的家庭入住 還有恆温游泳池。 住了兩天 其中一天應為有團建特殊晚餐 沒吃着我們預訂的海鮮自助😅 酒店給我們送了一盤水果和啤酒到房間 服務太棒了

老牌五星級，環境優美，衞生工作也不錯的。游泳池很贊，水温正好，小朋友玩的很開心。唯獨房間沒有浴缸，不能泡澡。另外小童樂園的誠意不夠，在地下室，有一股黴味。早餐咖啡機沒有拿鐵，衹能意式濃縮+熱牛奶🥛[呲牙]
