Donald Duck Theme Room is slightly pricey compared to other room but Trip.com always provides the best offer with price match. I’m glad to score the room with best deal and my girl enjoyed herself at the mini bed with Donald’s nephews!! the room also compliments a few items to bring home. Highly recommended for Donald lover!!!

The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the park entrance, allowing us to maximize our time enjoying the attractions. The hotel’s restaurants offered a variety of delicious options, with great choices for vegetarians as well. Breakfast with Disney characters was an absolute highlight, creating unforgettable memories for both kids and adults. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. It’s a magical stay here at Disneyland hotel. Went during xmas period.The staff will always ready to help whenever you have any queries. Love that you can avoid the crowd by taking the boat over which only starts from 2pm, early arrival to the park next day which helps you to avoid the queue to the rides. Gifts given that you can take away. Overall, a pleasant stay and will come back again.

Beautifl hotel and great location

The room has awesome views, and can see the fireworks. Guests can also go up the L9 to view the fireworks from the hotel. The beds are big and comfortable. The customer service in this resort is very good. The receptionist was very patience in explaining in English on the questions asked during check in. In another occasion, the buffet manager was fast in action when he knew about my girl’s injured finger, as it was caught in the room door when it closed and she was in pain. He gave us an ice pack and called for medic to check on her injury. It gave us a peace of mind when the medic examined and explained that it was not serious and gave us on the go ice pack for future use, if the pain did not subside and needed more ice pack. There is a ferry to the Disneytown and a shuttle bus as well. The ferry ride is smooth and fast. The buffet spread has a wide variety and cute Disney deco on the food and area. The Disney characters did came out a few times to dance when we were dining in. Overall is a nice and memorable stay for us.

Cleanliness. Excellent. The hotel room and the common areas are very clean and tidy. Service. Excellent. The staff are very efficient and patient to take questions and explain the T&C of your stay. Request for extra bottles of water, they will immediately deliver the service within 15min to your room. Amenities. There is no washing machine in the room, in case you are looking for one. However, the room is big and comfy for 2 adults and 2 kids. There are deliberate lights decoration on the headboard of the bed at our room type, which you can activate the button below the headboard - Pretty. The breakfast area is huge and spacious and decorated with Beauty & Beast theme. Every hour the maschots will dance around the dining area. Food has lots of selections. A bit pricey tho. Location. Didn't explore the area for public transport. The hotel provides shuttle bus services to Disneyland resort and it takes about 10min rides. You can queue for the shuttle buses outside of the hotel lobby. The bus service arrives at about 15min interval. Convenient for guest gg to the resort.

Dreamland hotel! Worth it! Services super good! Will choose this hotel again.

As always, you don’t really have a choice. If you want to get close to those Disney characters, this is the only hotel.
