The hotel has a great location, and this is already my second stay here. The front desk staff Mike provides warm and thoughtful service. Due to communication issues, we exchanged WeChat IDs. Every time I need help, he patiently solves my problems, giving me a wonderful check-in experience. Thank you, Mike!

Our air-conditioned did not work properly, buy the staff was very helpful. Out room qwifi did not work.

This is my repeated stay in this hotel. The bed is comfortable. But, I found the overall services standards and conditions of the room had somehow dropped.

Overall it was ok. Staff worked there were nice and friendly. The bed was great. One thing I did not like was the cigarette smell was everywhere and guests smoked in their rooms and hallways even the nonsmoking signs were all over the place. The location was great and walking distance to panlong plaza with bunch of restaurants and shopping shops there. About 1.5 kilometers walk to nearest subway station.

There is almost nothing around the hotel in night. the good part is that it is very quite, rare in Shanghai. The down side is no restaurant to dine in. there is nothing to do besides stay int he hotel. The hotel itself is nice. the room is spacious and well equipped. It is a nice place if you just need a good night of sleep after a very busy day.

I forget to click pictures but the hotel is very nice and room is big and price is also suitable according to room and location is good downstairs have Tim Horton can get coffee and from shanghaihongqiao by car only need 12 minutes and near around also have Indian restaurants and also convenient to order take out

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Buffet style breakfast was amazing. Room was overall clean and comfortable, though there were small details in our room that the hotel should probably look into patching up such as water damage spots and peeling on the ceiling. Hotel is located in a quiet area that is within walking distance to the metro which can take you to the train station, airport, downtown, and many of the attractions in Shanghai. Will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

At first we thought that the hotel is in a bad place but turns out there’s a cool place next to it where you can relax, grab coffee, ice cream, or even dinner date. The hotel is clean, we even changed the staying dates without any problems, the staff is very helpful, and delivery robots are the best. I would recommend, specially for couples
