The staff are very friendly and helpful when they encounter problems. There are people who can speak Korean, which is very comfortable. Even if the staff can't speak English, it is very convenient to use a translator. Check-in time starts at two o'clock, and the takeaway is delivered directly to the room, which is very safe. You can check in with peace of mind.

This hotel stay in convenience area. You can find a lot of restaurant around here. A few step to go to People sq subway. And easy to walk in to The Bund. This place suit for 1. you are looking for hotel near subway. 2 Easy to find food. 3 Can walk or morning run to attractive place. 4Very worm welcome and support from hotel staff.

Ms lin and mr zhou from the front desk assist us very well,from our luggages to our food deliveries.and also our room attendant,i forgot to ask the name of the lady on the 2nd floor,she is very efficient and very kind.we enjoyed our stay in jinglai,the location is perfect for travelers like us,in the middle of the city.both my parents who are seniors and my daughter likes the ambiance of our room.thank you very much!

The hotel is very well positioned near the Bund and the shopping area, not far from the metro. A good value for money

About a 15 walk from People’s square station. It’s also a short stroll to the shopping up of Century Square. There are lots of restaurants and hole in the wall noodle / dumpling shops that are cheap and cheerful. The rooms however are quite small for their price, almost like a bedsit. Very cramped bathroom 🚽 and shower recess you have to turn around on the spot to get fully washed. The weird rabbit mural on the wall should be relaced with something more contemporary and easy to look at. The hotel was under renovation but they leave building materials on the stairwell and the corridor and it looks unsightly. For the size of the room and the price they charged for one night, I genuinely feel I got short changed and will probably stay around Jing’An Temple next visit.

The hotel's price is expensive but no elevator and any helping from staff, especially the night staff. The room is tiny. However, apart from the advantage of being close to Nanjing pedestrian street. I couldn't find anything praiseworthy. Very disappointing!

SUPER HELPFUL STAFF! I left my jacket there and the staff very helpful to send my jacket. The location of the hotel near nanjing road pedestrian and near many food just by walk. Near East Nanjing Road Metro. The room also clean and tidy. I recommend this hotel, you won’t be regret if you booking this hotel. Sure will come back to this hotel if I come to Shanghai again.

This place is very close to Nanjing road and shopping and Thai food is all around the staff is very nice and helpful. Recommend to stay here and will cine again ❤️❤️

Overall, it’s really good for the stay, facilities and super best service. Although there’s no lift but, the staff was very helpful they will help to carry all our luggage up to our room. Besides, the location is quite strategy near to the city centre with only walking distance to nanjing road. Definitely comeback next time ! notes: you can also secure your online shopping and send to the hotel before the day you arrive 😌😌 Which is very convenient for international visitors who try to do online shopping ✌️
