Overall is ok, staff can speak English language and the breakfast is so good.

Have always been staying at Riverdale Residence for all biz trip in Shanghai for the past 2 years. Good location, walkable to Xitiandi. Small mini-mart is also a 5 mins walk away. Big rooms with washer and dryer is a big plus. WiFi is slightly slow, hope they can improve it.

Smoking is very common everywhere in China. You can change rooms until you’re satisfied, and there are small windows for airflow.

About 15 mins walk to XTD. Room is spacious and clean. Best thing have washer and dryer in the room

Place was a bit smelly and outdated, public areas with strong smell of smoking, but rather than that rooms are spacious and amenities are on place

Very nice room with plenty of space. Great location and very nice staffs. Robot food delivery is so cool. I wish I can order food and got it delivered to the room by these robots but the app is only in Chinese! 🤨

Great apartment hotel at a very central location - great value for money for my business travel.

Easy to get around with DiDi , not too far from Nanjing road.(i prefer this area which is not too packed and not too touristy .). Malls is around . Walkable to eat many things (Starbucks is near by too)

Interior of the rooms is a bit old but generally speaking it’s very good serviced apartments and we enjoyed the stay.

Only breakfast onsite no other access to food or drink. Large rooms and a washer dryer in room so very convenient for travellers who are on the road for longer periods.

Very convenient location and comfortable environment. Reception is very happy to help 24/7 around the clock. A cute little robot will deliver anything you need straight to your door. Take a photo with it if you do see it. :)

pros: - location is okay, near huahai road - gym is okay - robots for delivering food - washing machine is very handy - family mart is nearby for midnight snack - my daughters bag was left behind in the car when we ordered didi, our mandarin is very limited, but the receptionist is helpful enough to call the driver and arranged it to delivered back to the hotel cons : - bought the twin bed room, but given king bed room, but they make it up with a free extra bed

Location is excellent which is a stone throw away from Dashijie MRT station (line 8) (right behind Times Square, near to Xintiandi and one MRT station from People’s Square). Room is equipped with washer and kitchenette. Bathroom has both shower and bath, Staff is friendly and engaging.

Very nice place. Good location. Everything around 15 mn walk. Big room 35 m. People at the réception were very nice .
