I stayed here for a night before an early flight, and it was perfect for what I needed. The location is ideal — just a short 5-minute walk to the subway station, which connects directly to the airport. The subway starts running at 6 AM, so it’s super convenient for early flights. The hotel itself is affordable and offers great value. The rooms are surprisingly spacious — bigger than most standard airport hotels. There’s a 24/7 reception which was helpful for my late check-in, and an on-site restaurant if you don’t feel like going out. Overall, it’s a solid choice for anyone needing a quick and easy stopover near Shanghai Pudong Terminal 2.

I can confidently say it was one of the most exceptional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like royalty. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. Room: My suite was nothing short of breathtaking. Spacious, elegantly designed, and spotlessly clean The hotel’s location was ideal just across the Airport. Every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Whether it was the concierge arranging last-minute tickets to a show or the housekeeping team leaving thoughtful touches in my room, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay.

This hotel is conveniently located near Line 10 and Hongqiao Airport Terminal 1. The staff are friendly and can speak a little English. This was my second time staying at this hotel. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was cold.

The hotel is very close to Metro, which is very close to Airport. There's restaurant next to hotel. You can go to anywhere in city using metro, so the location is very solid.

The rooms have become older since my last visit and definitely need more upkeep my management. This is my second stay at this hotel and the service is decent. Breakfast options are very limited for Muslim or Vegetarian visitors. You can only get a fried egg with bread as your daily option. There is no other meat variety available such as pastries or others. Would definitely come back for the location benefits.

Good location, rooms are clean, breakfast lack of variety, hourly shuttle bus to terminal 2.

great location. you can literally walk to HongQiao T1. Great breakfast in the morning. Staff are friendly

It was ideal except for the state of the shower, unfortunately. A lot of black mould, all over the tiles. Not sure how this was overlooked as everything else was spotless and well-maintained. Really weird.

Free pickup from the airport is only available before 6 pm. The location is closer to T1, not very convenient for T2.

This hotel is located at Terminal 1, near metro station with 5minute walk. I like they have provide airport shutter bus service sending us to Terminal 2.

Very close to the airport and very reasonable price, a bit outdated but very clean

The hotel is really near to airport terminal 1, just go out from exit 3 n go straight and turn left around 5mnt walk just beside intercity hotel. Really convenient coz near airport and metro!line 10 ..But the room is old and outdated really need renovation. Lobby is big but old .

Close to terminal 1 Hongqiao airport and terminal 2 and Hongqiao railway stations. Restaurants, shops are also nearby. The guest hotel has clean rooms and good service

This hotel is ideally located for those arriving or departing from Hongqiao Airport terminal 1. The Metro line 10 is nearby as well for quick access to town, or Hongqiao Railway Station. The staff are friendly and helpful, but their English knowledge is limited.
