Very good hotel in Shangai.if you want stay cheap and city center is very clean

This is my second time booking this hotel. Great location and room is always spacious. I enjoyed my stay here.

Room is big and clean. Helpful staff. Free laundry and drying at first floor. Basic gym. Metro a bit of walking distance, but I usually use Didi to go around, not an issue. Left side of hotel there is a school and convenience store, right side of hotel there is Luckin coffee, opposite the hotel there is 2 nice restaurant with good food, one selling Tianjin food/baozi and beside it is a family run homecook food.

The sushi luxury is in an old Ramada hotel and it shows in parts. They renovated the rooms but some wear and tear shows. This does not change that the bed is really good with 2 pillow choices, the shower height is changeable (believe me you want that in China as a 190cm European) and the cleanliness is perfect. We enjoyed the stay and would use it again. The location is good with a subway station 5 -10 minutes away on foot. And lots of food Choices around. It’s worth to explore the smaller side streets for restaurants and cafes

Located 10 minutes walk from the metro station and handly in visiting all the key sites in the thriving city A few issues overall The public area and laundry room are clean and well presented Our room, which whole was large, needs some general improvements in terms of general repairs to the wallpaper and the main door slamming .1608 / 1611 The room cleaning was good and the bed was very comfortable I did notice fire doors were left propt open at night, which is a concern ? Also, a jogging machine was out of service in the gym, which was a surprise since a recent comment published that all gym equipment would be improved? But overall, it is a good place to stay for the price paid

Pros: Bedding, sheets, pillows are clean. Bathroom very clean. Room does not smell like smoke. Hot water available right away amd last long. AC works great. Room clean daily. Location is easy to order Didi and walk to malls and Tianzhizhang. Cons: some power outlets do not work. Wallpaper dirty and falling apart. Windows wall are moldy.

Voted as the best hotel by my family for my whole Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou trip from the 4 hotel we stayed. Has the most comfy bed with the best pillow. We didn't want to wake up everyday. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast place opposite the hotel was so good we ate there every morning. The vegetarian bao is amazing ( I'm not vegetarian). Very convenient location. Easy access via train to everywhere.

hotel was quite central! we didnt take any public transport but could easily get a cab to anywhere within shanghai. staff couldnt speak english well but will use a translator app to assist. theres a ******* food delivery cabinet outside the lobby, washing machine in the hotel, and gym.

A bit far from station but nice room

Gym is like not existing! Cardio machines are not working! A/C was not working for 2 days. Staff doesn’t speak English

Cool place very clean We hired a driver from Didi every time we needed to go somewhere and it was easy for them to access

Had such a pleasant stay at this hotel! The staff was super accommodating and helpful although there was a bit of a language barrier they put effort in and assisted us with our needs. The hotel was clean and very spacious, very convenient and easy to get to places. The only cons was the aircon which was set at a certain temp and could not be changed. But overall we had an excellent stay here.

1) cleaning auntie is good to help tidy my room during my stays. 2) counter worker need to be more professionally and friendly. 3) laundry room abit smelly and dusty 4) gym facilities need improvements, many machine not in used.
