Best location. Good service at the front desk and room service staff. I highly recommend to stay

We got 2 double bed rooms with no windows, one in the purple and another with blue furnishings. Purple rooms are smaller but more modern. Shower and toilet surrounded by glass with curtain separating from room. Blue rooms are plainer but larger and have enclosed bathrooms, but furniture feels a bit dated but maybe intended with the retro feel of the hotel! Basic room amenities include bottled water, kettle but no tea or coffee, towels, slippers, toiletries and hair dryer. We had slightly noisy air-conditioning and were very accomodating in helping quickly switch rooms. Not expensive hotel, mins walk to Nanjing Rd and super convenient People's Square station to most attractions. Good for those who looking for a place to sleep without much fuss 🙂

Location was everything! Walking distance to many attractions ( The Bund, Nanjing Street, Yu Garden, many museums, mini markets, and many many restaurants!) Metro stations all around! Oh and parks galore.

The hotel is good location and staff have a good service mind. There are many restaurants around the hotel and lawson. Near nanjing road.The bedroom is clean and has no musty smell. The maid changes towels every day. My friend and I booked a room with 2 queen beds, but were upgraded to a large room with twin beds and 1 queen bed. It is a connecting room, which is very good. The air conditioning is cool and comfortable for 4 people, so it is not cramped.

Location is good. 10 mins walking to The Bund and also 10 mins to Walking Street. A must go YuYuan takes about 10mins, costs 2CNY by bus #980 just opposite the hotel. Many good eateries shops around the hotel.

Nice stay. We booked a room (3 single beds without window) and upon check-in was upgraded to big family room with window. Staff were friendly and helpful. Have laundry room. There are halal restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay here again next time. Overall we satisfied and recommended this hotel.

The location is great ! Walking distance to the bund and Nanjing Road. Nearby convenient shops, restaurants. The family room with one queen size bed and two single beds is cramped but still worth the money because we travelled from morning and only back after dinner. Will come back for the location and convenience.

The location of the hotel is great, only a 10min walk to nanjing road which is the main shopping district. There was so much food options right downstairs. The receptionist were all super friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and were very happy with the room. The room is nicely decorated with an oriental style.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, check in process was smooth even I arrived a little bit earlier before 2pm. They also provide sufficient of mineral water for us which I think is definitely a plus point.

The location is excellent. Bus stops and metro stations are all a stone throw so you can easily go to main attractions such as The Bund, Nanjing Pedestrian Street, Yuyuan Garden, Xintiandi, etc. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. Highly recommend 👍

Pretty good location, walkable from The Bund. Room isn't very spacious but okay for two people.
