Took my 5-year old son for a quick trip. He was in awe of the rooftop pool and we visited multiple times. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean and comfortable. We will certainly return!

The hotel manager, Clement, was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. He promptly and efficiently addressed all of our needs. The hotel's facilities were impressive, especially the pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The amenities matched the descriptions on the website and in our booking, and we were even greeted with a refreshing welcome drink. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's service was exceptional, and our entire experience was fantastic.

A handy place to stay particularly for Disney. We found the staff helpful, but be mindful to try and use alipay for the deposit and not credit card as the amount was a lot more. We found the gym great, but it would have been helpful if the pool rented swim caps as we did not have any with us. We did not have breakfast here, but the buffet looked good. I did find the constant buses to/from Disney very frustrating and it did mean some taxis refused to pull up to the hotel.

Hotel feels a bit old compared to other in the same area. It's quite close to Disney. The pool on the 23rd floor has a glass floor which the kids enjoyed. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel staff ao helpful & also allow us to chek in early at 10am withdown any extra payment. Only a little far to the center, it like half an hour to 45 mins. Everything seem well, around that area plenty resturant delicious Chinese food. We would like to travel again but remember there only use Alipay or Wexin & they don't accept credit card at all. U better exchange cash before coming to China.

Excellent hotel! Room is big, bright and clean, excellent sleeping quality with choices of pillows. Buffet breakfast has a very good spread of Chinese and Western. Hotel staffs are friendly, Miss Crystal Chen at reception was efficient , accommodating and always ready to help. I appreciate her special effort for making feel so welcoming right from the minute checking-in. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Is good but the primary reason we pick this hotel is the idea that it provides drop off to Disney … and to our disappointment that this service has been discontinued!
