Lovely stay on the 43rd floor. Lovely room with very comfortable slippers and robe. Executive lounge was nice and the afternoon snacks and drinks were very good The breakfast eggs that were freshly made were very nice but the buffet food was only luke warm. Staff were wonderful and very friendly. Overall a very nice stay

This was the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Everything was clean, the staff were kind, and the gym amenities were excellent. The breakfast was outstanding, with the pancake man making adorable bear-shaped pancakes for the kids. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good hotel. Rooms with a view of the river are great. Breakfasts are decent and varied. Pastries are not tasty. The breakfast zone is small, we even once saw a long line in the restaurant for breakfast. What really spoiled the impression a little was the constant smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor on the floor near the fire escape. Apparently, people go there to smoke. The same situation near the fire escape in the room with the pool. There is no sauna in the gym and pool.

Excellent stay. Large, clean rooms with fantastic service. Jack in exec lounge was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Will definitely book again, staff were professional and friendly, they all speak decent English. The rooms were spacious and has an ambient feel to it. Bathrooms also spacious. They have a lot of amenities except that instead of having cotton pads they have cotton balls. Dyson hairdryer. Mattresses were a bit soft to my liking as I like firm ones but the pillow menu makes up for that. Location was at a nice quiet area with a clear view of the river and surrounding highrises. Not much shops or restaurants around but since didi was so cheap I didn't mind the location. The breakfast buffet restaurant feels and looks like it's fine dining with great view of the river.

The hotel service is very good. There is a concierge at the door to help with luggage. The hotel lobby is also very grand. Cosmos at the front desk helped with check-in. He was very quick to help find a room on a high floor. The hardware is good, but the hotel is a little far from everywhere.

We had a wonderful experience at the hotel, which boasts stunning beauty throughout its premises. The family-friendly activities provided added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay, especially for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to others looking for a memorable stay.

It is a nice hotel with easy access to many other places. They have many shops around and close to the airport.

The hotel is overall very good, room is spacious and clean, the staff are helpful; they proactively suggested to convert the soft to an extra bed, which is great for us as we have total 3 family members to use the room so each of us has our own bed.

Top location, nice bike ride to down town pudong

This is a wonderful hotel with great design, comfortable, large and clean rooms, and very comfortable beds. Staff are professional and very well trained and helpful. Breakfast is amazing and the fitness and pool facilities are outstanding. The location is probably more suited to business visits rather than sightseeing or shopping.
