Everything good except for the shower, I have to be careful because some water can spill out of the shower and wet all the bathroom

The room is spacious and clean. Within walking location to The Bund and shopping areas in Nanjing East. Great view from the room. Staff are friendly and can converse in English. For a big room and prestigious hotel, the television is small and does not have streaming channels, so I was stuck watching shows in chinese or dubbed in chinese, which I do not understand. :(

The location is good located in the heart of Nanjing rd, not far from MRT and just 10 mins walk to the bund. Breakfast are also nice. The room interior is good timeless classic design, so more details love it. Good price, overall is beyond expect.

Located in the center of Nanjing road. The room they provided me for initially for my booking was leaking water in the bedroom, the toilet shower was not draining properly. The shower itself was fixed and very high for short people it is hard to change direction while shower and impossible to clean between your legs. However after complaining to the hotel they provided us with an upgraded room. But when you are booking a 4 start hotel there should not be a room for complaint.

Central Hotel is in an excellent location! The hotel itself was clean, friendly staff, and comfortable. I enjoyed a spacious room. Would highly recommend.

Great location, big spacious room and bed, very comfortable, all necessary and other extra amenities. Only one lacking thing - no spoons, actually I needed it, but managed.

The hotel about 10mins walk from nanjing lu east station. very convenient and outside the hotel is nanjing lu east and all the shopping mall and eateries. The breakfast was not bad and service was good. walking distance to most attractions. recommended

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Nanjing East Road. 1 station to yu garden and people park station. Mins walk to bund and a convenience store is just across the road. Clean, excelllent and friendly service🥰

Great location near Nanjing Road, accessible to shops which opened till late. Rooms bit aged but clean and pleasant.
