Grand Central Hotel Shanghai anmeldelser

On our way back, we stayed at stayed at the Grand Central again. Not only did they give us a warm welcome, but they also upgraded our room to a suite. The staff was very helpful and kind. They have definitely earned our future business. Its location is a perfect walking distance for the shopping district and just a short walk to the Bund.

We stay at level 7, the room is clean and comfy. The house keeping lady, Rebecca Chen is very friendly and efficient.

The hotel is very big and clean. The staff at the reception and the bell boy are so friendly and welcoming. They can speak English so it’s very easy to communicate. The room are clean. I love the bed because it not too soft when sleeping. The highlight of this hotel is that they have the best location only 1min to the Nanjing shopping street and have lots of restaurants near the hotel. I really recommend

Still think can be better when i paid quite lot for a 3nights

1 minute walk to Nanjing Road East Walking Street. Good value if you book early.

Great location. Service is average. Room toilet has a slight sewage odour.

Nice and spacious room. Hotel is located in Central of Nanjing, convenient distant to shopping and dining area. The room and bathroom are big. Breakfast is good quality. Overall, quite satisfactory. Would be nicer if the hotel provides more shower gel and shampoo so we didn't need to ask for more everyday.

Right in Shanghai center. Good breakfast. Staff was less fast for check-in and a bit unfriendly. Would stay here again next time.

Excellent place to stay for business. Nice location for people to walk to Shanghai Bund Area and People Square. Xintian Di close by to spend an evening.

Only house keeping service is excellent. The service staff not as expected. A lady took breakfast food back to room to consume and nobody stopped the staff stopped the lady. We happened to witness for 2 consecutive days. Check staff, asst manager, not polite and nonchalant. What we read online are true. There are other hotels to consider around this hotel.
