Nice, helpful staffs. Clean room. The space is a bit small if you have a lot of luggage. But next trip we will come back to the hotel again

the location of the hotel is exactly excellent, easy to find and there are supermarkets near by. The thing that I like the most is the place is not very busy. the stuffs are friendly and nice. The room is not big but cozy

Very accessible accommodation, the staff were helpful too. Room was spacious and cosy, upgraded our room too due to shortage of rooms.

The hotel's service is very good. There are quite a lot of food to eat. Inside the hotel room is a Duplex, which is suitable for about four people, but it's stuck where the bathroom door may not be closed tightly. The hotel staff can speak English. The maid comes to clean the room every day. The hotel may be a little far from outside the city, you can take a taxi or take a metro.

Front desk staff, "Yu" is really rude. We booked two room for 4 nights each. We just wanted to ask if the bed is queen or king bed but she kept telling us it is 1.5m length and does not want to listen to our explanation at all. We spoke in full mandarin and just used English for Queen and King bed and she shouted at us and say speak in Mandarin, don't speak in English! However, the listing states that the hotel can speak both English and Mandarin. She said she worked in Guangzhou and can understand cantonese but when we spoke in cantonese, she does not even understand or could reply us. If she is unable to speak English or do not know how to answer our questions, she could have directed us to another staff. She also screamed at me and said we are not hotel, we are just a condo after we just questioned about the bed type. The reason to question is that during the trip my mother injure herself and she is unable to stay at second story and my dad need to take care of her at the first story so if it is a king bed, both of them can sleep together and they can leave the upper storey empty. During this time, there was no other guests at the reception so there is no reason to be so impatient and impolite. On another day at night, another receptionist was also very rude to us when we enquire about our delivery package. Another issue was the housekeeping and my clumps of long hair that was dropped on the floor and eyelashes extension was not vacuum away. The room is quite dirty at some corners as well. Some rooms have washing machine while another room type does not have and the common washing machine need to pay money. Fortunately it was a short stay for us. Linda, the front desk receptionist on the other hand was really nice and patient but unfortunately we only got to know her on the second last day of our stay. Hope all the other staff will undergo training and provide the same level of service as Linda. It's the first time to encounter such service. I'm a frequent traveler to China, at least four times within 6 months. Each trip for two weeks.

Good location with train line 7, walk 130 meters. I travel for 4 persons but Cooking utensils prepare only for 2 persons

Excellent boutique hotel with easy access via metro.  Great value for money for frequent travelers to the city

We stayed at this hotel for the first night when we reached Shanghai. The hotel room is a bit small but with second level for another double bed. Overall still consider good. There is lot of eateries and supermarket next to the hotel so is super convenient but it is not very near to the bund and Nanjing road. Need around 20 to 30 mins by cab. Overall is a pleasant stay here as the staff are very helpful and bed are comfortable.

Firstly , I’m really appreciating to staff who are well-friendly and welcoming the visiter . The staffs can communicate with you in fluent english and chinese. The location is a bit far from shopping area if you are a shopper I do not recommend. But price is super cheap and the room is suer wide for 3-4 people. If you want to save a money I do recommended!

Great service staff, easy check in and out procedures. Room was clean. Hotel located in a quiet neighborhood with a shopping mall just beside. Supermarket and eateries in the basement of mall.

Great place to stay. Large space duplex for 4. As seen on the pictures. Staffs are available 24 hr. Very friendly and good service. English speaking. Clean room. Stayed there for 7 days and staff were tidy up with new towel daily. 3 air cons in room. 2 Family marts near by. Food center and supermarket in next building. Close to Metro Line 7 Langao Road exit 4 and 5.
