Nice hotel and very nice area, nearby plenty of malls, breakfast is good, wifi runs well. Clean and friendly staff.

I have always been there whenever I am in Shanghai. Good place, nearby one Indian restaurant and close to the metro station.

The location is good not far from subway station and the mall. Room is nice and clean. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly also helpful, Especially Sky Zhu in night shift. I’m checked in and out all in night time and he always good service.

Location is perfect 300 meters away from line 2 metro station. One side of metro line is high speed station, domestic terminal and other side is podung internal airport

The hotel is clean and staff were friendly. Unfortunately there was construction on the whole street while I stayed there which made the stay quite noisy and unpleasant. The neighbours were also very noisy in the evenings so it depends a lot on your luck as well.

We liked this hotel so much the first time we stayed that we came back again after our travels around China. Unfortunately there were roadworks going on right outside the hotel which made sleep almost impossible. But the management kindly moved us up to the top floor into a suite which eased the pain! Breakfast here is excellent and the staff speak good English

Concierge service not good. It took us over half an hour waiting for Didi car to reach (it never reached the hotel).
