It is about 10 minutes' walk from Yuyuan and the Bund. You can walk to the hotel by turning left from Gate 4 of Yuyuan Station on Metro Line 10. It is only 15 minutes' walk to Xintiandi and People's Square, and 5 minutes' drive to Lujiazui Financial District.

We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at SSAW Boutique Hotel Shanghai Bund. The room was cozy and well-equipped, and we really appreciated the free coffee available at the lobby — a nice touch that made us feel welcome.
One of the highlights was the complimentary breakfast for one day, which was a pleasant surprise! The buffet spread was fantastic, with a great variety of both local and international options.
The location is very convenient, just a short walk to Yu Yuan Bazaar and the Yu Yuan Garden metro station, making it easy to explore Shanghai’s historic areas and get around the city.
Overall, a lovely stay with thoughtful touches — would definitely recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here . The location is very convenient 10 min walk to Yu yuan and 5 min walk to Yu yuan station.The staff is friendly and helpful.The hotel is not new but the price is reasonable. The breakfast is nice and they change menu everyday.

I have enjoyed my stay at the ssaw hotel. The staff were helpful and special thanks to Jackson for attending to our needs! Most of the staff are able to communicate in English. The bed is good to sleep in too. Metro is only 5 min away from the hotel. The lobby also offer free coffee! I would recommend to stay at this hotel .. good job guys !

6. rooms are big and nice
tip: just book the room with breakfast, other packages not worth it. add ons are not worth its value.

3 stars hotel very noisy due side by side construction zone, it's not located at Bund that is 2.5 km away or 26 minutes walking, Impossible to sleep and rest properly.
Old and not maintained building, very old and dirty windows.
No common space, impossible to meet people. You need to stay in your ti
Unsafe! I hurt myself in the bathtub because they put an iron wire in the center.

The hotel seemed clean and the staff very attentive, but it was not what we expected for the price., Breakfast was not good at all, the chairs at the restaurant were very uncomfy and the location is in the middle of nowhere, so unless you have a car it will be hard to move around.

Convenient hotel in city centre close to subway to explore shanghai, at walking distance from yuyuan. Family with two children in executive family room, big room with big beds, air conditioner, very suitable for families, bottled water provided daily, fridge and microwave available. Just one convenience store close to the hotel. Note that a deposit is required on check-in, 400 RMB, reception asks how to pay, we paid in cash, and we received immediately back the money on checking out with no problem.
