Hotel with beautiful interiors. Rooms are very spacious and have beautiful furniture. Breakfast with so many choices and everything is tasty. Very convenient location close to Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station and Airport. Bath was a big bonus as not very common in hotels these days. Staff very helpful. Luggage sorage aervice available. Strongly recommend if you going to stay in Shanghai.

Location: Perfectly situated near Hongqiao Airport and train station, making it easy to get around Shanghai and beyond. Service: The staff was incredibly attentive and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in and offering excellent customer care throughout my stay. Rooms: Spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The room featured luxurious bedding, a comfortable work area, and a beautifully designed bathroom with premium amenities. Facilities: Top-notch fitness center and relaxing spa. We only stayed for a night. Bfast was awesome with various food. I will be glad to stay in this hotel again next time.

Location is ideal for going to NECC and close to Hongqiao airport. We booked deluxe family. The room is spacious and the bed is so comfort. The bathroom has a good size with bath tub. Breakfast is good and full with lots of pastry. Price is reasonable and affordable. We’ll definitely be back here again.

Good hotel to stay and very conventional.

We stay on old building 5th floor, The Room is so old with tobacco feeling and dimple on the old building which might be about 20 year , light is not enough to the standard of 4 star hotel, We stay at old building which is family suite but it doesnt meet the standard and price we paid to them. Room needs to renovate imm if want to be quoted as 4 star hotel.

Nice hotel, our room was in the newly constructed building, the room still smelled of fresh paint. The hotel staff (Luca, and others) were very helpful. The hotel offered great breakfast with a wide variety of food choices.

If you have business to do in hongqiao area this is fantastic. There were heaps of kids due to birthday parties I guess. Lobby feels like a resort.

No room service, hotel location has no after hours food outlet surrounding, not suitable for foreigner

I booked it for my friend in India. It's very close to the National Convention and Exhibition Center and there is a shuttle bus. The room is comfortable and I'm very satisfied. Especially the front desk staff, Harry Li, provided enthusiastic and thoughtful service, helping us with invoicing, hailing taxis, and purchasing food. Front desk is helpful but the staff at the breakfast restaurant were not. Disappointing breakfast experience. No coffee as both machines were not working .

Limited amenities Hotel is clean rooms are reasonable size but no grocery shop or halal food near by

The hotel was close to Honquio airport so we chose to stay here for our first night as we arrived into Shanghai late at night after flying in from Melbourne Australia. The hotel looked grand and the room was nice and big, the bathroom was gorgeous and the beds extremely comfortable. On a down side though we found the room smelt strange probably from stale smoke despite being a non smoking hotel. We had considered staying here for our entire stay in Shanghai but we were extremely pleased we decided to stay in the city centre near the bund instead as this hotel is a long way out of the city.
