Et af mine yndlingshoteller i Shanghai er Pullman Shanghai Jingan. Jeg besøgte Shanghai tre gange i 2024 og boede på forskellige hoteller, herunder både lokale overnatningssteder og internationale hotelkæder. Jeg vil sige, at Pullman Shanghai Jingan er ideelt placeret for rejsende, der pendler med tog og ønsker at bo i hjertet af byen, mens de undgår folkemængderne på Nanjing Road. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, og servicen var enestående. Dette er et 5-stjernet hotel, og det lever virkelig op til sin vurdering. Hvad angår faciliteterne, skal du anmode om dem i receptionen. Når der er anmodet om dem, leveres de omgående. Jeg ville helt sikkert vende tilbage til dette hotel, hvis jeg besøger Kina igen.

Stayed at Pullman Jingan last weekend and it was an absolute delight! The moment I walked in, the warm smiles from the staff made me feel right at home. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully decorated, with extremely comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was a feast, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every palate. And I have to mention the hotel's prime location, which made it so convenient for me to explore the nearby attractions. Special kudos to the Front Desk Moses gave us brilliant local tips. This hotel truly exceeds expectations and I can't wait to return!

Not so many staff can undertand English. Breakfast were top notch. Vast variety of choices from eastern to western and the taste were great. Club lounge was spacious with afternoon tea and happy hour dinner.

The room is a little dark and the amenities has to be self requested. They don’t have a robot to deliver your food to the room unlike other hotels. Other than that, great front door concierge service. Those mens in brown coat & women in red are very helpful and nice. Thank you for collecting all my parcels and I enjoyed my stay, thanku!

We booked the suite which is very comfortable for 3 pax, with the sofa bed open. Hotel promotion included the executive lounge but we didn’t have the chance to fully enjoy it. Nonetheless the hotel breakfast is good, with good beds and proximity to the metro and Shanghai train station.

Staying there 3 nights were an amazing experience. Many good restaurants, coffee shops, convinience store, and subway right at hotel. Good location and easy to access to everywhere, friendly staffs as well.

The hotel location is excellent. Staff is nice and helpful. Sound proof issue excellent. The renovation is a bit old. The breakfast is nice. However we need to get tooth brushes, etc from front desk by ourselves. Sofabed is not set up before we arrive in mid night. There are only two cups, two pillows, two bath ropes, etc. the room layout is very weird. Nearly half of the 62sqm room is the bathroom. Thus the living space is very limited. The shower screen, bathroom divider are all clear glass, which means it can be used by one personal technically. Not recommended for family stay, just for short travel and convenience.

Great location. It's very close to Shanghai Railway station. A lot of restaurants surrounding the hotel. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing hotel. Top service and good price/quality. I was upgraded to an Executive King Room. Ideal for business travellers given its convenient location close to the train station, metro and highway. It has a pool but this is not so much for relaxing.

A busy hotel which sometimes seems too overwhelming with more customers than the service crew can handle. Great location, just a stone throw away from Hangzhou train station. Breakfast was excellent
