The hotel is very near to the Bund and Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street for shopping. Very convenient as Metro is about 5 mins walk away from the hotel. A lot of eateries around the surrounding area. The hotel staff especially the porters are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 👍

Best location and close to Metro line. Highly recommend if you want affordable stay with option to eat out and try local food as this hotel restaurant has limited options. But check out the back streets around the corner from Park Hotel there are plenty options for eating.

Room was spacious, close to malls, metro. Value for money. Will stay again.

The location is superb, as the bund is just around 20 mins walk. Also just less than 3 mins walk to the famous bakery. When I opened the room, immediately I breath an 'old' smell. I analyzed and I think it's because the carpet is aged. While the hotel has renovated the bathroom, however it's not a great experience staying inside the room. Hope the hotel can look into my feedback.

furnished nicely and location is walking distance to tourist attraction street. although during my stay there was some construction work outside hotel but sound proofing sufficient enough to not bother me.

Good: The location is the best with valuable price! Easy to go shopping. The room was big enough to had our own space to unpacked and left it there for the whole trip. It was also very quiet! Not any noise into my room even we stayed during the typhoon time. Inside the hotel was very quiet as well. The tea pot set in the cafe of the hotel was good. Suitable for relaxing while there was typhoon out there. Need Improving: The room had a smell of smoke even it was a non-smoking room which my friends' room did not had that smell. Also the bathtub's drain was not in good condition. I took shower with the feeling that it would be fulled be for I finish my showering or not.

Old world charm in a city that never disappoints (except the Blues and Jazz Club was closed for the Spring holiday). However, there was a shortage of power points for charging devices in the room, and bathroom was 'old style', but in all it was comfortable, convenient, well priced, easy to find, good location and pleasant. It smelled really nice too!

Booked this because of the location. This is definitely one of the best value for money hotel. Will definitely choose this hotel if i ever go shanghai again.

location is good, near mrt line 2 exit 8, just cross the road and you reach. check in and out was easy. shopping mall is just beside. lots of eatery nearby.

I didn't expect the early check in. My flight arrived Shanghai at 7 in the morning and I got to the hotel at 9.30, just wanted to drop baggages. They let us check in since 9.30, which was really good. The breakfast was okay, international + Chinese food. The door on the first floor close after 10pm so if you get back after that time, you need to climb up the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Great location, excellent assistance from the lobby staff with luggage. Great breakfast. Thoroughly recommend.

Good location to explore the Bund , Yu Garden and eating place

location is always the main reason when choosing hotels, Pacific Hotel has the best location with convenient location and reasonable price comparing to another nearby hotel. services and foods are basically fine. but probably the hotel is quite old, the walls seems very thin, i can hear the lift sounds and the sounds from next room. with reasonable price, i will continue booking this hotel for my business trips.
