Very quiet, clean and swimming Pool was nice too. Close to metro station! I recommend this place.

Best internet and staff,decent amenities,nice city view in some rooms.

The hotel is supet well located, is clean, the bed was super comfortable! And the service was great. Breakfast was good as well. Super close to the metro.

Warm hospitality, excellent location

It was rebrand from Sheraton , not the same standard 1. In front of the main rotating gate (inside ) 2 staff standing wearing black suits (seems like security) just talked to each other , no guest assistance , tall gentleman from 北方 even spit in the plant in the lobby .2. Room carpet are damaged , toilet shower room broken , old . No investment . 3.Still using the Sheraton logos every where . AC noisy . NEED REALLY A GOOD GENERAL MANAGER TO LIFT THE SERVICE , OWNERS NEED TO INVEST ON HARDWARE .

The room was very dirty and there is human hair inside our bathroom, I don’t wanna make a fuss, so I didn’t say anything, but this is overall a very, very, very, very bad hotel. Consider how expensive it is. also the member of the hotel is a bit weird too. I was just asking them if they can help us change the currency because the only thing we have is cash, but in China we have to use the app to shop, usually in other hotels, they would do this for me, since I can totally testify if the cash is a real cash or not, still they think that I was frauding them because I want to use cash to exchange money in the app.  I don’t know any hotel will suspect that their customers is trying to fraud them. The people in a counter is not very friendly. I don’t know if is because we are not Chinese or not. I just strongly recommended not going to this hotel. I was very disappointed about the services and everything of Sheraton.

Good hotel for business travels. Amenities a bit older.

The location is very good, it's very convenient for you to reach out. The food of breakfast and lounge is good. Service in the room is very good.

Sheraton has become the hotel I stay the most when visiting Shanghai.

Excellent service delivery, very helpful front office with excellent customer relationships. I enjoyed my stay here.

Bad services compare to other similar style hotel. Especially the front desk guy.

The hotel has a good location which is close to the Bund and to the metro station. There are also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The check-in was quick given one of my friends is a foreigner. The room and services were not bad, which is at the average 5-star level. My friends did not have breakfast in the hotel, however the quality of the food in the hotel is generally good.

Not with Marriott anymore,
