SuShi Qingshe Hotel (Hanzhong Road subway station)

A 4-star hotel but do not have refrigerator in the room?? We book 2 rooms (large window) same price but my room is much smaller than my friend’s room. I don’t understand. I asked staffs the reason but they couldn’t reply or change the room for me. The receptionist can’t speak English and they did not even try to use the translator to talk with customers, always use Chinese 👎🏻 By the way, it’s location is very near with Hanzhong station. Restaurants opposite the hotel open till 02:00am

Hotel Review The hotel’s location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores like Family Mart, and a metro station all within walking distance. There’s even a pharmacy right next door, which is super convenient. However, the cleanliness was a major issue. The first room we checked into had dirty windows, a broken face mirror, smell of cigarettes (even though it was a non smoker room), and sticky floors. When we requested a room change, the staff seemed surprised and initially offered to clean the room. We insisted on changing rooms, and while they accommodated our request, the second room was no better. It was still very dirty, with stains on the table and even a used toothbrush left in the shower. The only positive about the rooms was that the bed linens appeared clean. Overall, while the location is excellent, the lack of cleanliness really let the experience down.

The location is good. However, the hotel provides only two very flat pillows for a double bed room. When I requested for two additional pillows, the front desk tells me that they do not have additional pillows to give me. This is the first time I hear a hotel does not have additional pillows for their guests. Also, when I requested in the morning for the room to be cleaned and made up, the housekeeping didn't make the bed and rubbish was not cleared when I returned in the evening. They just cleaned the wash basin, shower room and replaced the drinking water.
