Really good staying, nothing to complain about, the position it’s perfect, the hotel itself it’s stunning and the rooms are definitely spacious and comfortable. Even the view from the room it’s enough to choose this staying.

It’s my 3rd or 4th time stay at this hotel. Great location, friendly staffs and comfortable rooms. We had a bit noise issues with the first room, and they quickly solved the problems. Great city view from the window, and allowed us late check out at 2pm as well. The manager George is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

Nice and clean, very convenient

It is very good hotel for travel. I have dinner with friends on 42 floor circle restaurant. We enjoyed good night views with very delicious food. For in house guest we got 15%off.

This hotel is located at heart of Shanghai, you can just walk 2 minutes to subway No. 13。 Excellent location, restaurants and shops are nearby. Room is clean and we received a welcome fruits on the first day. We will stay here again next time

very nice stay

Jin Jiang Tower is in a really nice part of Shanghai. Across the road is metro station entrance or line 13 called Middle Huai Hai Road so you can get easily get to many parts of Shanghai. The decor of the hotel is a little dated but it's clean and the buffet breakfast has a wide choice. Noticed carpets didn't look so clean and a piece of rubbish stayed out the front of a room door for 2 days before it disappeared. The staff at the front desk we generally helpful but didn't smile a lot.

I stayed at Jin Jiang Tower for 2 nights and had a fantastic experience. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed and a nice view. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the location is perfect, close to restaurants and subway. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Great location: 30 seconds walking distance to the metro station, 2 minutes walking distance to Huaihai Middle Road, many restaurants, many shops and convenience stores… Great hotel service, wonderful staff everywhere in this hotel, clean and quite room, iron and ironing board in the room, a wonderful breakfast, a wonderful cafe in the lobby… Recommend this hotel highly.

Good point : 1.near metro very convenient 2. Big clean room 3. Room temperature adjustable very good 4. Easy to find via map and well known to local taxi 5. Staff willing to help and support very good. To be improved: 1. Breakfast less on vegetarian choice 2. Full capacity of breakfast has to share table with other or wait longer que the staff and manager try their best so it’s understandable 3. Coffee machine are less and sometime not working properly, 4. Picture in trip.com not update, reality room and picture room big different. Example room already update new shower system without bathtub but in trip.com still showing old one with bathtub. 5. Environment around hotel is very quiet, nothing much to do in walking distance.

The location is excellent that the nearest subway station is just in front of the hotel, nearby by also the famous Huai Hai Lu. Lots of shops & eateries. I also like the hotel's swimming pool; it's clean & warm & well kept.

Overall, it was a great hotel with fantastic service. On arrival, it was an easy check in and we felt very welcomed. The room was clean and fitted out needs. The only down side was when we were swimming in the pool, the life guard spat in it. That wasn’t ok and caused us to leave the pool because we felt uncomfortable.

Honest proposal for a 4 star hotel: attentive service, acceptable facilities, acceptable breakfast.
