It was a pleasure booking in for the weekend at this beautifully and esthetically pleasing hotel. The venue is absolutely convenient and close to all the touristy spots on the Bund. The views from the 26th floor were spectacular. We watched a changing kaleidoscope of the Bund at different times of the day.
The staff at reception were warm and helpful. Sadly, the porter who came to the car abruptly asked if we had made a booking in an unpleasant manner.
The huge breakfast spread, with the amazing views certainly helped to create memories that we will hold on to for many years to come.

I travel quite a lot. In Shanghai for the second time, at the Indigo Shanghai Hotel on Bund. The first time was in September 2023, and now it's January 2025. This hotel has comfortable and clean rooms, comfortable beds, hearty breakfasts, beautiful views of the river and the location of the hotel. The most important thing is how the hotel staff greets you, and I would really like to thank Joy. She explained in detail all the points of our reservation, helped us find taxis and buses, and organized lunch. Everything is very fast and clear.
The hotel team, thank you so much for our wonderful stay in Shanghai at the Indigo Hotel!

My experience at indigo on the bund was absolutely excellent! Henry Zhang at the front desk made sure to take very good care of us, even sending up a birthday cake and fruit platter.
Housekeeping was very responsive, and even made use of a charming little robot to deliver toiletries at our leisure.
The room was large and the bathroom well insulated sound-wise from the rest of the room. The reading lights were convenient and I had no issues with my stay.

The room was pretty good and they gave us an upgrade upon arrival. However on the second day they gave us dirty sheets after cleaning our room so we had to ask for it to be changed again. The service was great though.
