One thing i like about this hotel is they serve free costa coffee or even sending to my room and about 500m metro station line 2 direct to pudong airport within 50 minute.There is mall around the corner.Definitely will come back here whenever i travel to shanghai .I hope they can maintain that kind of service.

Good location, near to two metro stations, with several lines through them, and near to malls and various places to eat. The staff were friendly and helpful, but mobile phone translators were the main means of communication. Costa Coffee in the ground floor area ... free to residents! Super.

Great location and service. There is family mart around hotel. The nearest subway has escalator.

The service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. They were always smiling and ready to help.

This girl really need to drive the elevator problem. Only 2 elevators and too many rooms and floors. Constant waiting in morning time (8h to 9:30)

The hotel is located in the center of PUDONG. Very close to the subway station, and there is so many restaurants. The good tea is impressive.

This hotel is a great hotel with fantastic location! Just crossing over, there are 3 big malls with loads of restaurants. Cleanliness is top notch and service is fantastic. Love the service staff at the reception. Very friendly prompt and helpful!

Ji Hotel is not far from century avenue station. The staff was great and trying to be as much helpful as possible. The room was spacious.

Very clean rooms. High quality breakfast. The shower cabin actually keeps water inside. Very impressed by the overall quality.
