I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room bed is wide and very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The bathroom is well-equipped and very clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The air conditioner works perfectly, keeping the room at a comfortable temperature. There is no noise from outside, making it a peaceful environment for rest. If you’re tired and want to order takeout, there are plenty of options close to the hotel. The transportation is very convenient, with easy access to metro, bus, and taxi. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service, comfort, and convenience. Consider a very comfortable hotel room to stay, very friendly staff, convenient place to receive parcel. One thing is, i can hear the noice next door.

Nice stay and close to Costco

It's a what you expect of this chain. Good room and good breakfast!

The hotel is located around 4 km from the end station of line 2 (East Xujing) at the NECC. When arrived, there were flies in the bathroom and the breakfast was not really nice. The hot dishes were cold, as the equipment was broken, so was the coffee machine. All is self-service. During breakfast they come with a trolley full of dirty dishes to the table to clean. The supervisor is just pushing the staff, but not doing anything to reset the tables for the next customer. After mentioning the issues to Trip.com and the hotel, the FO manager Bob had a good service recovery and upgraded my room. The rest of the stay was without any incidents.

Hampton Inn is a safe choice whether in China or in the US. The room is clean and spacious. A very comfortable 2 night stay and close to the hospital. The breakfast has a very good selection if you are alright with Chinese breakfast. They could provide a larger western selection. The single drip coffee in the room was very good, very enjoyable house blend. The front desk and ayis were very helpful and provided everything we asked for. We will stay there again next time.
