Suggest that to provide slippers once enter the hotel as walking on carpet without shoes the feeling is quite uncomfortable and dirty.

We stayed at this hotel for a night, and I wanted to share my thoughts, especially regarding our experience with the outdoor pool, which was a major attraction for us since we have a daughter. First off, the outdoor pool itself is quite nice and visually appealing. However, it was unfortunately quite crowded during our visit. While I understand that many families enjoy the pool, the sheer number of guests made it difficult for my daughter to enjoy her time there. She stayed in the water for only about 30 minutes before her eyes became red and irritated. I suspect this was due to the chlorine levels, which seemed a bit strong. It would definitely enhance the experience if the hotel could find a way to manage the crowd better and perhaps adjust the chlorine levels for the comfort of all guests. On a positive note, we found the breakfast to be quite good. There was a decent variety of options, and the quality was satisfactory, which is always a plus during a hotel stay. Additionally, the entrance to the hotel is very inviting and aesthetically pleasing, setting a positive tone for our visit. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, particularly with the pool experience.

The hot springs were great! We have a lot of options to choose from. They have a stone spa with different temperatures. For the recliner bed it would be better if they have strict rules to minimize the noise. Over all the hot springs made our stay satisfying. Other than that they have free breakfast. 😉

The worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The staff doesn’t speak English and can’t handle basic comfort or accommodation issues. Most of our requests were met with a simple “no”. There are no fridges in the rooms or any way to keep food cool. There’s not even a basic “Do Not Disturb” sign, so cleaning staff may walk in while you’re sleeping. The food is repetitive and boring, and the prices are very inflated. Maybe it’s acceptable for waterpark guests, but hotel guests should at least get a small discount. Hotel rules are not provided — you find things out only when, for example, a staff member approaches you in the jacuzzi and tries to explain something in Chinese. When I arrived at the airport, I tried calling the hotel to ask about the transfer, but they just said “no English” and hung up. I had to arrange a taxi myself — luckily, I had Alipay. With this level of service, the hotel shouldn’t be allowed to host international guests. The entrance and exit system is a nightmare. Every time you want to go out, you have to ask for a pass card, return unnecessary wristbands, go through turnstiles — all just to cross the street to a shop. Then when you come back, you have to wait while they search for your wristbands among many others, go through the turnstile again, and finally make it back to your room. 我们住过的最糟糕的酒店。 工作人员不会说英语，也无法处理基本的住宿和便利问题。我们的大多数请求都被简单地拒绝了。 房间里没有冰箱，也没有任何可以冷藏食物的设备。甚至连“请勿打扰”的标识都没有，打扫卫生的员工可能会在你睡觉时闯入房间。 餐食单一无趣，价格严重虚高。也许对于水上乐园的游客来说可以接受，但酒店住客应该至少享有一些折扣。 酒店的规定根本没有提前说明，你只能在遇到问题时被工作人员用中文解释，比如在按摩浴缸时突然有人走过来说一堆你听不懂的话。 我抵达机场后尝试联系酒店获取接送服务的信息，但他们只说了一句 “不会英语” 然后挂掉了电话。最后我只能自己叫出租车——还好我有支付宝。 以这样的服务态度，这家酒店根本不适合接待外国客人。 酒店的出入系统非常不方便。每次外出都必须请求通行卡、归还不需要的手环、通过闸机——只是为了过马路去对面的商店。 回酒店时，还要等他们在一堆手环中找出你的，再次通过闸机，然后才能回到自己的房间休息。

Beautiful hotel. Love the modern, Japanese decor. The food in the restaurant was yummy. Lots of amenities like video games, karaoke and hot springs. My friend and I really appreciated the free shuttle service to Disneyland and back. We just wished that the room was a little more spacious with more storage space for our belongings.
