Air-conditional is cold. Bed is small. No refrigerator. Breakfast is average, everyday almost the same food. Free laundry provided, very nice! Hotel near metro station, just walk 5 minutes, easy to go anywhere. Grocery store is just near by the hotel, very convenient! Old Shanghai restaurants is near by the hotel.

The room we booked was clean and nice, but the problem is it is a bit small if you have 2 big luggages. They will clean your room everyday and give free bottled water. Service is good and location is great, near to metro and a lot of restaurants.

Good, clean 3 star hotel in the city. It’s very close to the subway and the staff were helpful checking us in. Very close to the bund.

the hotel is very close to the Bunds. The staff was very nice and helpful. We always use bike to go to the bunds cuz it’s close .

Great location, right in the center of Shanghai. The room was comfortable, although a bit small for 2 people. Nice choice for food at breakfast.

This hotel is one of the best hotel I book in Shanghai. Room is very clean. Good location, just few minutes walk to subway. Also, the reception staffs are friendly and helpful.

This stay on 3rd floor which the room is much better than 4th floor I stay before. But due to construction behind the hotel, dust comes in. Staffs service is great. However, the location of hotel cannot be found on Didi app. You should register a collect English hotel name on Didi app for foreigner like us.

When I booked here the rating was quite high at 4.7/5. I have to say, I was let down by the rating. I would rate this at about 3.8 out of 5. The location is great: less than 300 meters from a metro stn. The room looked old but it seemed clean enough. No smell (like old rooms usually have) except when we checked in because the room was just minutes from being cleaned. Check-in was at 2pm but when we arrived 30 minutes before 4pm, the room was not ready. Minimum toiletries provided: don't expect a separate shampoo and body wash, it's all-in-one bottle. Bottomline, it is a less than average hotel but at a very good location.

Excellent location. Very close to metro station. Everything in room worked well. Bed comfortable. Shower with nice hot water and good pressure. Bed linen and towels were clean but the room could have been cleaner - a lot of dust and hair around. Someone’s nail in the bathroom sink, and some plastic wrapping on the washbasin counter. Minimart next door very useful. Provided luggage storage service as we were early to check in.
