Clean…near to airport ..10 minutes by taxi…….it was nice to stay here will book again next time …

recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Hotel in Jiuting, and it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff’s professionalism and warm hospitality stood out. The rooms were immaculately clean, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with modern amenities. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bedding, which ensured a restful night’s sleep. The attention to detail, from the sleek decor to the complimentary toiletries, demonstrated the hotel’s dedication to guest satisfaction. One of the highlights was the hotel’s prime location, offering both convenience and tranquility. Situated near Hongqiao, it’s ideal for travelers needing quick access to transport hubs while enjoying a quieter, less hectic atmosphere. Additionally, there are numerous dining and shopping options nearby, making it a perfect choice for both business and leisure. The breakfast buffet was delightful, offering a wide array of delicious options to start the day right. Needed to wait to check in because the room was not available yet. The front desk was kind. The room is a bit old and there was a smell

Was told that this hotel had been occupies by local government as quarantine hotel during Covid-19 lock down. But I was surprise that the premises was maintain well. worth the money.

I have been to other MERCURE hotels ..and always the experience have been very good and satisfactory but thsi one is not clean and all the fittings and other bathroom fittings and accessories are loose or not working .. ENGLISH is toally absent ..surprsingly such hotel exists in Shanghai near EXHIBITON CENTRE ..very lauaghable .. Poor not at all recommended.

Quick check in and check out, 10minute walk to Subway (no cover). Old building but freshly renovated. 10min walk to Very late supper places, and shopping complex next to hotel..

Quiet hotel, perfect to relax from a day of sightseeing. The Shanghai metro is not far away. Easy to reach Hongqiao airport. Around the corner is a FamilyMart and behind the highway is a big shopping mall with food court. Excellent value for money.

Hotel is very good, highly recommend!

Great hotel near metro thus good connection to centre and shopping mall with good restaurants. It is quiet for a good night rest. Breakfast good also for Western people:good coffee. Rooms are convenient, very good shower. Very friendly staff. Minus point is that some guest like to smoke although it is a non smoking hotel. It is not a mistake of the hotel. Maybe extra sign in the room and big fine can stop this bad behaviour. Another negative point, again not related to the hotel, is that many guest take a very big breakfast but eat only half of it. Very sad. Next stay will be in this hotel.
