The location is near to metro station (about 3mins walk) which is quite convenient for travelling around the city. The staff are friendly, we arrived the hotel midnight and they do hosted us well. It’s near to the Raffles City as well, easily accessible to meals and convenient stores(7-11)

One room had cigarette smell, the hotel staff was quick to change my room once I complained. Location is great, within 5 minute walking distant to a big mall and subway station, also not too far from the main Shanghai attractions downtown.

recently stayed at the Orange Hotel in Shanghai and overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The desk service was outstanding, with staff being friendly and attentive. However, one downside was the smell in the corridors, which detracted from the overall ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, while the suite was decent, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The location is a big plus, as it’s very close to Raffles Shopping Center, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I would recommend the hotel for its comfortable rooms and excellent service, but I hope they can address the issues with the corridors.

Staff very friendly even they can’t speak much English but really helpful, the room are clean and no smell

The curtain is my room was broken but the manager was quick to mend it. She apologized and offered me an upgrade to a bigger room which I happily accepted. The hotel is strategically located in North Bund, still quite central but far enough from Bund to have a restful sleep.

Service was nice. Receptionists were adorable. We arrived one hour and we left one hour after the booking schedule and they told us there was no problem. The orange theme was perfect. With a little bit of orange tooth paste to start and end the day. As well as soap, shampoo, air conditioner. We had a nice view on the shanghai and telecomunication tower that brings nice lights to the view we had. The location is perfect just 2 metro station away from the Huangpu river. For us one of the most important point is you don’t need to go down if you order food, stuff from supermarket or restaurant but there is a little cute robot that brings your stuff to your room. In the room we booked you had the right to many different light setup which is ideal. Thank you for welcoming us.

This hotel is very nice and in a solid location. The front desk staff are incredibly kind and helpful. The suite room was very nice and spacious. The hotel is a little older but it is well taken care of. I would stay here again.

I stayed here for 6 days 5 nights. The hotel’s location is perfect. It is near Tilanqiao 提篮桥 metro station (exit 4) which is less than 5 minutes walk and near the Raffles City shopping mall. You can get delicious food, snacks and daily essentials in the mall. Also, the North Bund riverside walkway is within 10 minutes walk from the hotel to get a good view of the Pearl tower and the city skyline. I like this hotel’s location because it’s less crowded, has a ‘neighbourhood vibe’ and can reach all the tourists spots by metro within few metro stops which is very convenient. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is nice and worth the price! We get to sample local breakfast cuisine. Hotel room is clean and comfortable too! Well done to the housekeeper. The hotel also provides complimentary mandarin oranges. It’s a real treat after a long day of sightseeing. We received two pastries as souvenirs upon check out. It’s a small gesture that truly warms the heart.

The location of the hotel is excellent , easy to get around Shanghai, The metro line 4 & 12 are nearby just walking distance. The staff are friendly and very helpful with anything. Room services are good when back in the room always clean. Highly recommend this hotel for people who are like to stay in Shanghai for a few days.

Great hotel to stay when you are staying in Shanghai. Few minutes ride to the bund and close to a mall.

The hotel is good, all services are great. The location is near to the transportation. Everything is perfect.

Location wise it good. Staff is okay. But the room we stayed was extremely hot. Dry and hot. Its around 20 ish degrees in shanghai, but it’s 28 degrees in the room. Opening the window does not help. So dry that I got sick. There’s not a night in that room where me n my boyfriend had proper rest. We were just sweating profusely while asleep. My throat hurts all the time. I honestly don’t understand their companies policy about heaters. I would never stay there again.

The central location of this hotel, the proximity to a metro line, and the patience and kindness of the staff are the main draws of this hotel. The rooms are comfortablea, but sometimes the lights flicker on and off. Our bathroom door also would not close. All in all, It gives an impression of a hotel whose hay-day was 10 years ago. However, the hotel is just a few renovations away from it's former glory.

The room was neat and tidy. Excellent location. Very close to the metro station.
