Room is quite spacious and hotel is at an excellent location. Just beside the new and huge Shopping mall 🛍️ . Also a few minutes walk to the metro station. Overall great stay!

Not my first time staying. The worst complaint I had was the air con could not blow cold hair when it was very hot that day- see screenshots below. I was sweating profusely in my own room where both service staff and technical staff whom I asked for help, didn’t do anything cos they said there’s nothing they can do. 2nd bad thing was the concierge staffs did not look or sound pleased when I had politely asked them for help for some simple stuffs. The security guard even stopped my food delivery guy from sending the food into the hotel’s concierge desk/ robot. Sadly, the worst experience in all my multiple past stays.

The hotel is very nice. The service is warm. The location is convenient for trip and shopping. Manager Lin 餐厅林经理 is very nice and helpful. She is friendly and kind to my families. I want to give 5 starts to hotel and Manager Lin.

Hotel is decent and okay. Big mall beside is finally open so its very convenient. In room dining is not good and only front desk staff can speak english. But all in all good experience and comfortable stay.

The room is big and comfortable, all clean and the staff service is good. Housekeeping very nice for our rooms but we unable to remember her name as it is in Chinese. Breakfast was fine. Thank you for the 7 nights stay.

Good value for the price they charge. Breakfast is good. There was toothpaste in my room but no toothbrush! I called service but they could not speak English and put me on hold.

The location was very convenient for me as it was close to my employer's headquarters. Furthermore, there are multiple dining options in the mall next to the hotel. Breakfast was okay, and the rooms were as well. I would book this hotel again if I travel to Shanghai.

good hotel overall ; service a little inconsistent . Some people are great some not ! Housekeeping ladies are great ! Efficient friendly smiling. Front office - not much smiling but the staff I spoke with were helpful. . breakfast supervisor on Sunday morning helps herself to food during service times in front of guests ? Lady in the lobby bar super unfriendly ! Like guests bother her I doorman what doorman ? Chinese restaurant not welcoming to foreigners so try the top floor of the new mall next door ! Did not help me once in 5 days .Does not seem right . Afternoon tea FOC through Trip.com was a nice touch. Thank you

Typical business hotel but overall is all good. But still cannot compete with others if not improve the service and room quality at this moment. HSKP is good service with warm greetings all the time to meet in front of rooms. But the Aircon is super cold and not warm at all in winter time, that's a big problem. Suggest to replace new amenities as Novotel ones looks a bit out of date and not environmental sustainability too.
