The service in this hotel felt as if I had booked a Diamond rated hotel!! Everyone was so polite, super friendly and willing to help at a moments notice without even having to ASK for help! From showing my mom and I our room, helping with luggage, super accommodating with shuttle bus for Disney, and always near with our “taxi” issues (which, they were so patient and understanding while dealing with rude people!). The food was good, for me personally though, I easily get sick so the porridge, rice and vegetables were great options! Although perhaps there needs to be a bit more variety I will say, the tea service was fantastic!! Overall, everything was excellent! 😊✨👌

Check-in was smooth and fast; the front desk is extremely friendly and polite. If you have any questions, they are willing to help you. The room is super clean, amenities are new, and breakfast was diverse and delicious. There was also a small gift (fruit and biscuits) delivered to your room. Parking is free, and there are also many shops around the hotel.

It's super good, the health service is very clean, and the front desk service staff is very warm and thoughtful.The facilities are also very clean and hygienic, including the decoration of the hotel lobby.There are free shuttle buses from Disney and subway stations. The timing is super reasonable, and it is very convenient to eat around, including the decoration of the hall, which is also very personal and very popular.The toiletries in the room, including dental appliances, are really needless to say, and the preparations are very complete, very sufficient and very satisfactory.There is no need to talk about the environment, and the surrounding area is very lively. It is very convenient for little shanghai Pedestrian Street and wanda plaza to eat around, and they also gave us a gift bag when we checked out.It was also sent to the Zhou Pu subway station and arranged for the driver to send it to us. It was really super thoughtful and super satisfied.

The hotel location ok.walking distance to 周浦 metro and 万达mall.alot of food near by. The room is clean and good. And can see sunrise ..but can hear the road noise esp at night Breakfast is great. Counter staff excellent. From the room rate perspective..I will stay there again when I go Shanghai

The room was very satisfactory, and the room was very good. The hotel lobby told me that it was very refreshing and clean, including corridors and so on. My aunt's stay was very good.The facilities are also very clean and sanitary, including the cleaning of the room. My aunt will give us the toiletries every day to help us change the sheets and quilts. The surrounding environment is also very good in terms of hygiene. There are free Disney shuttle buses and shuttle buses at subway stations. The timing is super reasonable and convenient.It is also very convenient to take a taxi around, the environment is also very good, and the stay is very satisfactory. It is also very happy and particularly satisfactory to stay in this hotel when you come to Disney.The lobby on the first floor also provides children with amusement parks and so on. You can get hand cream and so on by pushing sunscreen. It is really a super good idea to provide hand cream in winter, and I feel that they are very satisfied with what they have done with their heart.

Best Hotel ever. Location is good, near Wanda plaza. Quite alot of food and play available at the Wanda mall. They also provide free washing services which was really helpful for us as we are travelling for quite a number of days.

One of the best hotel i ever stay in Shanghai. Friendly staffs, clean environment, provided with lots of amenities, welcome drinks, delicious breakfast, sugar water and tibits for supper! Free gifts upon check out! Definitely will come back again next visit to Shanghai! Thank You for the excellent service!

I stayed at the Maixinge Hotel with my wife and 2 young children. We booked a "Parent-Child room" which fits all of us. The room amneties are sufficient for our needs. All hotel staffs are caring and helpful. We have lost our baby stroller during a transit in Hongkong, and desperately needed to get one knowing we will be having long day trips in Ocean Park, Disneyland and museums. A hotel staff in the night shift has patiently helped me to select and order a stroller from online market place in affordable price. We managed to get it within 1 hour after we placed the order. I wouldn't know how I could resolve this issue without their help. Two days later my son was having a fever in the middle of an evening. The hotel staff helped us again to order children's medication and we got it within an hour. In all other small details, the hotel staff has played important role to our vacation quality and we are impressed by how they responded to us despite of some language difficulties. We used the shuttle bus provided by the hotel to go to the Disneyland. There are a lot of eating places serving Chinese food nearby the hotel which is not a problem for people like myself (South East Asian non-muslim). A subway station is located within a 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. I am glad that I have stayed in Maixinge International Hotel during my vacation in Shanghai. 5-stars from me without a hesitation ☆☆☆☆☆

The staff are friendly and helpful, the services are efficient and professional. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, and the hotel's cleanliness is excellent.

We loved our stay in this hotel, which is very convenient for visitors to Disneyland, and the hotel provide a free shuttle bus to Disney, which is a big plus. We stay in a Elsa/Frozen room and our kids totally loved, as well as the playroom in the ground floor. The staff was friendly and very attentive to us since we stepped in the hotel, and we would definitely come back here on our next trip to Disney Shanghai.
