Great location, Good breakfast, good service mind.
We are impressed for round trip transportation to disney. When I checked out, hotels take us to train stations.
Nice rooms. We really recommend this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a family room. There is a shuttle bus to Disneyland and nearest train station. Before we leave the hotel, they gave us a goodies bag with some snacks and location. The hotel is very convenient. There is a mall nearby with walking distance. Will consider staying here if I go to Disneyland with my family.

Excellent service - all hotel staffs are friendly, polite and helpful. My wife and too kids are asking me to rate fast and give 5 stars to them. Outsanding work by the staffs to provide such an execellent staying experience to my family.

Decent hotel but probably not for business.
Front reception is always busy for the families to visit Disney probably because of summer holidays.
Shuttle bus (to Disneyland) driver was very supportive although I could not speak Chinese.

I was very satisfied with the room. The facilities were very complete. When I came back from Disney at night, there was a free sweet soup, fruit and pickled pepper bucket delivered to the lobby on the first floor of the room. They also provided plum soup, tea and other things. There was also an amusement park in the lobby on the first floor. People with children can come and play to lose weight and free their hands. The breakfast restaurant was very rich and had a lot of breakfast varieties. It was open on the 11th floor until noon. The housekeepers cleaned it very well. It was a very good stay. I also recommended it to my friends. The lobby decoration was also very high-end, and the cleaning was very clean. Every corner was marble, and the decoration of the room was also separated into dry and wet areas. It was super good.

Now the cleaning is very clean and timely, the children's playground in the hotel lobby can be played, and the time arrangement is reasonable. Parents with children can stay in this hotel, and the recommended hotel breakfast is also very good. The room is very satisfactory, the breakfast is also very good, the facilities are also very clean, and the cleaning is also very good. The room aunt's service is very thoughtful and caring, and the environment is also very good.There are free shuttle buses from Disney and free shuttle buses from subway stations, and the time arrangement is very reasonable.I really like this hotel and have stayed in it many times. Location is okay, not the most convenient, but still alright, metro station 10-15 mins walk away. Wide available options of food nearby, nearest mall is at metro station exit.
Cleanliness of the room at check-in is good, daily cleaning service provided was good.
Reception staff were very approachable and helpful. Hot soup type of dessert available every evening at reception.
Free 2-way bus transport to Shanghai Disneyland daily, w/ various timings for selection.
Queen size bed for a solo traveller, room size good for laying out 2 luggage. Small couch in room as well, for enjoyment of food & drinks.
Free laundry service available, via informing reception.
Room heating is well functioning for winter weather of 5ºC to 0ºC. Shower head is non-fix type, as preferred.
