The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I forgot to ask his name, he was wearing glasses. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Right beside the hotel, there is a mini supermarket. We enjoyed our stay here.

Avoid this hotel is your are looking for comfortable stay. Location : 10 mins walk to the nearest subway station, there are plenty of other choices which are nearer. Cleanliness : The problem with this hotel is they use centralised airconditioner and there is no aircon despite the weather has become warmer. Worst is most of the rooms are without actual window (fake interior window), so imagine you are stuck in the room that is around 30 degree celcius, outside is colder and we have to open our room door as the hallway is colder. As the room is too warm, the mites and insects are active and we were so itchy after staying there. Service : Requested the hotel to turn on the centralised aircon function, as we told them that the temperature in the room is too hot, those that feel cold they can turn on fan function without aircon on their own choice. The night time receptionist told us that next day only the technician will be around so we tolerated and wait for the next day. However, the receptionist next day told us that the centralised aircon could not be changed as it is controlled by the building management. Not too sure who is telling the truth but we were very disappointed. End up nothing is change and have to open the hallway door to make the room cooler.

The hotel is small, located on a quiet street not very far from the metro (7 minutes). But please note that there is another hotel of this chain nearby, it is important not to get confused. There is a grocery store and several cafes nearby, and there is also a coffee shop at the reception. The room is small, without a refrigerator. I really liked the large window to the street with a view of the greenery. Clean. Drips are used instead of instant coffee. Breakfast is very small. You won't go hungry, but you shouldn't expect anything special.

Great location nest the Uzs consolate. . There are lots of good places to eat nearby. Old Shanghai and.nee Shanghai intermingled.

Convenient between 2 stations. Able to find good food nearby. Room was bigger than most Hanting hotels. Nice!

Just one of the towels seems to have some dirt, and the room window faces an internal dark stairwell. The stay in general has been good.

The hotel is okay. Don’t expect much in terms of how it looks. Firstly, the hotel could be better cleaned. The carpet in the corridors is dirty. In the room, more attention to detail is required when cleaning. Overall, it’s not too bad, but it could be better. Secondly, the check in process takes forever, this was a bit annoying after a long flight. Lastly, the hotel is not central. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel but most times, you will need to catch a bus at bus stops that are about an 8-12 minute walk away. The subway stations are also about a 10 minute walk away. This is not necessarily the hotel’s fault, but just be mindful of this when you make your booking. Overall, the hotel is good for the price point but improvements could be made in terms of cleanliness.

My favorite hotel with good location

The room was quite small but overall good. The hairdryer wasn’t working but we got an extra one from downstairs. The location is perfect.

The room was nice and clean if a little bit small. If you are in the city and need a room close to everything, this is it. The hotel is In walking distance to the major shopping center and 15 minutes walk from the embassy. The star of this establishment is the service. The staff is kind and courteous. They also have a working robot which is always a plus. I would recommend to persons who want to explore this area and need an affordable place as well as those who come to do an interview at the embassy.

Clean, amazing location especially for cycling around downtown, rooms are well-organized and in general nicely put together. Hotel facilities are good.
