The hotel has an amazing location, so many places are near by. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they all spoke English. The breakfast is western combined with local dishes, very good!!

The hotel is classy and comfortable, offering a great city view. Conveniently located near Jing'an subway station. Excellent breakfast. Truly attentive and helpful staff (all of them!). Special thanks to Estrella for handling my check-in so nicely.

Comfortable rooms, decent flat TV, amazing views, good location, very good gym, sauna, good service. A good gym is crucial for me and this one is a 7 out of 10, great for a hotel. The area is great with the French concession near by and Jong an temple too The staff is very nice. The he breakfast is decent and you can easily order food with sherpas and get it delivered to lock boxes at the entrance. Good value

Located next to MRT Station which you can easily go to attraction area in Shanghai. The room is spacious and comfort, the breakfast is great.

Checkin was smooth and breakfast was delicious but I had a very bad experience in the sauna room when I asked for towel and I saw the storage room were the towels was kept I was shocked, how come there is no hygienic place to store the towels, we are using on our bare body and towels were stored on the floor in such way which was not acceptable.

This is my new go-to hotel in Shanghai. I love the location, walkable to great food and shopping, and, to me, the far more interesting neighborhoods to the south of the Yan'an expressway for nightlife in countless small neighborhood bars and some even greater, more interesting food, both foreign and Chinese/Asian.

Really clean and quiet, the buffet had plenty of of choice and was superb, the gym is one of the greatest I have seen complete and working. The room service made our room really tidy and paid lots of attention to detail! The mattress is a bit hard and everything has an old style.

The Kunlun Jing An Hotel features a large, clean swimming pool suitable for both beginners and experienced swimmers. The beautiful pool area is perfect for relaxation and exercise. Breakfast is served in the lovely Atrium, surrounded by a small pond and natural light, creating a pleasant dining atmosphere. On the other hand, the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. Overall, this resort offers an excellent combination of relaxation and amenities, making it a fantastic choice for all guests. Highly recommended!

I can’t recommend this place more,it’s worth every single penny. 5min walking distance to Jin An Temple, and 3 underground lines exchange at the station nearby, fab breakfast and a chic lounge on 38 floor .
