I had a good 4 nights' stay at the Pagoda Wujiaochang. Checkin / checkout was a breeze. The room is impressive - clean and comfortable with anything one may need in a hotel. The bed is soft and comfortable which is essential especially for a business traveller. Takeaway deliveries are sent up to the room by robots. And the location near the stretch of restaurants along Daxue Road and the train metro access nearby is also a plus. Overall, very good experience. Thanks. KK

The hotel was clean. I actually expected our room to be small but it was very spacious with a lot of walking space! The staff was very nice and helpful to our questions. It’s also close to the public transport and restaurants.

Good room, spacious, lots of amenities, clean and definitely legit. The breakfast options were plentiful and the location was situated near the train station. Definitely recommend this place.

To be honest, the room is excellent. When you enter the room, you can see that it is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable and warm to stay in. I strongly recommend this hotel, and the service provided by Sana is good.

the hotel is located around the innovation centre and it's good for business trip but not good for leisure holiday as the traffic is not so convenient. the interior is elegant but a little bit simple. the breakfast provides many choices but the items are not worth such pricing.

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was good Will not stay here again.

This hotel accept foreigners definitely no issues with check in and check out. The location of hotel is great but still need travel 30min to 60min to the place that I visit like zhujiajiao yu yuan and maybe closer one is the bund. Front counter staff are approachable. For order car services they usually won't provide. They don't know exact step for order didi for foreigner. Quite troublesome for them. U better own a local sim card. Their shower and body shampoo are excellent and the water pressure are good and supere.toilet and toiletry provided an very clean. The toilet don't have proper privacy for family or friends as the glassdoor are transparent and visible see u shower or doing bisnuss. Iron board and iron provided I regret never bring along my hair dryer.but they do provide. Breakfast are okay but the soya bean curb made me don't dare to eat bean curb anymore.
