THE TREASURY HOTEL

Our bad experiences with the hotel are based on the hotel's poor air quality and the staff's inappropriate service attitude. As soon as we entered the hotel, we noticed a pungent smell in the hotel. At first, we didn't realize how serious the problem was until we spent some time in our rooms. Our family had booked 3 rooms in the hotel for 5 nights, so we have experience with several rooms. When I first went to ask for a room change, the matter was handled properly and the room was changed. I asked to see the room first and that point I had opportunity to see several rooms in the hotel. I found that only the third floor of the hotel has almost odorless rooms. The smell was particularly bad in the rooms on the first floor of the hotel and in the north wing of the hotel. Several rooms also had air purifiers, which indicates an existing problem. When we went to ask for a change for two other rooms upstairs, the request was not granted and we were asked to pay more for the rooms. We said that we wanted to change rooms for health reasons and the inconvenience in the rooms is significant. Our request was not taken into account. We were very close to cancel our reservation at this hotel. However, we contacted trip.com and they promised to refund the extra cost for the rooms that the hotel charged. We decided to give it another try. We got rooms on the third floor where we were able to stay. However, we noticed several things during the week regarding the air quality issue. There was visible moisture damage on the walls of the hotel. The windows were kept open to keep the smell down. Staff members were dripping a strong smelling liquid onto the floor for no reason. We also couldn't use the air conditioning in our room because it brought a bad smell into our room. Something must have gone terribly wrong during the construction phase of the hotel, as the hotel has only just opened. This is really unfortunate, as the hotel is visually very beautifully done. Special mention to the breakfast staff though. Their service was extremely friendly.

For a nice slow pace out of the city yet not too far, this place will satisfy a break away meeting needs of appreciating nature & aesthetics architecture where surprising selection restaurants, cafes can be enjoying in this commercial park.

We arrived at the Hotel after midnight and we found it very difficult to locate hotel’s entrance as EKA complex was pretty dark and not enough signs to help us find the Hotel. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good. The hotel is clean and have nice vibe. All and all I was happy with my stay.

Staff were friendly and accomodating, really nice room. Just the location doesn’t allow for a car up to the hotel so it was a few hundred metres walk each time we returned to the hotel. It’s in a lovely area, we enjoyed our stay!

Clean and peaceful place to stay if you want to get away from crowds, great pubs around the area though I didn’t have time to visit. Hotel is new and bed is comfortable. 😍 Didn’t know how to use the Smart System, it will be great if there are instructions in the room on the usage. Can do your laundry foc if you stay longer in the hotel👍👍 Take note that there is no drop off point for Didi if you have big luggages to roll along especially for late night flight in my case ( reached 1am) , took me 10 mins to find the hotel as it is located in a corner, to lug the 2 big luggages along the uneven ground , lighting is poor at night is a problem if you are traveling alone. 😿 There is also no food available if you are hungry , the only way is to order in via food delivery. 😿 There will be security to help you with the luggages when you inform them early.

The hotel was good and clean. Service staff was attentive and helpful
