Strongly recommended for this hotel They giving very good service! The hotel is clean and the location is good, it’s just 1 mint walking distance from the hotel to MRT station Will definitely come back to this hotel again

Great hotel with excellent location. Everything in the room is really clean and modern. Our check-in was delayed for 1 hour and it was really hard to stay awake and wait after 9 hour night flight. Even so hotel stuff was great and helped us with a call to another hotel. Hotel is located perfectly near the metro station, but it was really difficult to find it because in the title of the booking it never says that it's actually called "Atour" and we were not sure where to look for our "Shanghai Bund Jinling East Road Light Residence Hotel". I would really recommend to make it clear for the future international travellers who are not so confident with Baidu maps.

We were highly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made a significant difference in our experience, assisting us efficiently in locating a courier package sent from another hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with a good night's sleep each night. The temperature was just right, contributing to our overall comfort. The amenities were well-maintained, with beverages in the fridge and bottled water replenished daily, ensuring our needs were consistently met. Additionally, the hotel's location was very convenient. With the metro station just downstairs, getting around the city was incredibly easy and efficient. In summary, our stay was delightful, thanks to the excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

It's a very clean hotel, excellent service, highly recommended, much better than I expected.

Location: it is mostly 25-30 RMB DiDi ride, less than 30 mins travel time away from key attractions such as 豫园，外滩 etc, pretty convenient. Only downside is that google GPS may not pick up the hotel accurately.(might be phone issue?) Cleanliness: Generally clean, cleaner missed out some rubbish, but other than that it is fine, there is also a namecard given for direct feedback with cleaner & I always see 1 cleaner on the floor so it is quite easy to get things settled. Service & amenities: Receptionists are helpful, they also help with laundry (switching from wash to dryer) which saves hassle. Washing machine and dry capacity is big! Breakfast food is decent. There is also robot delivery to hotel room/storage lockers for delivery at first floor. Others: View is pretty ok, quiet area away from city bustle.

Good location and the staff is very helpful! The services are really 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Will definitely come back for my next stay!

room was clean, staffs were friendly and helpful! food and walking streets are also very accessible, having xintiandi and the bund around a kilometer away.

Location: just steps away from Exit 5 Dashijie metro. 15mins walk to Nanjing pedestrian street. Near to Halal restaurant. Room: comfy, clean, with usb ports and wireless charging plate.  Staff: very helpful, early check in.  All is good!

This is a new hotel, a rather basic one but it is good enough. Room is clean, no smoked soaked room (like a lot of other hotels), location is actually quite good as it is just 1-2 metro stops to the major tourist spots. You can even walk if you want (around 1km). It is walking distance to exit 5 of Dashijie metro station. There is several renowned eateries just downstairs My only gripe is the room was rather small. It was a bit difficult to open 2 mid size suitcases in the room. There is no proper wardrobe in the room and not enough hooks. The hotel can consider installing a few more hooks on the wall for hanging clothes since there is no wardrobe or shelves. Service staff was friendly and helpful. I didn’t order breakfast and didn’t use the laundry room so I can’t comment. Overall it was an acceptable stay.

The hotel is new and clean. Staff there are extremely welcoming and helpful. They even help to do my laundry for free in the middle of the night, which is a very huge plus point. The rooms are large enough with no wasted space, my 26 inch luggage can open fully without obscuring my movements. Sheets, towels and towels are very clean. The only downside is that the air-condition is centralised, meaning guests cannot change the temperature or mode, those are fixed. 

Very nice hotel, well located, clean and quiet, staff is really helpful and kind! I recommend! One tip: I booked the standard room with queensize bed, but in those rooms there is no real place to put your clothes. Only a few hooks in the wall. My suitcase had to lay on the floor. Luckily I traveled alone otherwise it would have been uncomfortable. Better to take another room. But anyhow a very nice hotel, I felt like home!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!!!! Extremely new, clean, and modern. Service and amenities were top-notch too. Came with free laundry services, free supper, and paid breakfast (absolutely delicious). Front desk service was commendable too. Our favorite was the warm toilet seats and spacious shower area. The design of the room was well thought out. Shanghai was a little boring tbh BUT I would visit Shanghai again just for this hotel hahaha Location is very convenient too– near all the touristy places and walking distance from the nearest subway station (大世界）! Highly recommended!
