The hotel is very nice and new. The room amenities are great. Especially love the location, super close to People Square metro station Exit 14. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, convenient stores, and close to the mall. The staff is also very nice to us. Also like the hotel bathroom, separate dry area, warm toilet seat, bath gel and lotion smell great.

The stay was excellent! The staff was friendly and even allowed us to checked in early when our flight time was ungodly. Location is excellent and it is within reach of everything we needed.

I loved my stay here “Shanghai people's square nanjing east road pedestrian street treasure hotel
上海人民广场南京东路步行街珍宝酒店”. The hotel was in the city center so we could walk everywhere especially highlight spots less than a kilometer. The room was big with a big bathroom aswell. The staffs were helpful and tried to communicate with us as possibly. Highly recommend for here👍

Super nice, super clean, super nice staff. Especially staff can speak English, which is rare in hotels in china. The receptionist welcomed us very enthusiastically. The famous places are close to the hotel, only 10-15 minutes to go. The room is very fragrant and cozy. I had a great experience here and will recommend it to my friends or will book again when coming to the next Shanghai trip
